Kathy's place is a home away from home. extremely clean and free of clutter but not to say that it was lacking any needed amenities. there were thoughtful gestures of light snacks, coffee, and tea laid out for guests' convenience as well. Our trip was a sister's mini getaway trip to enjoy Vegas entertainment and shows. Her 2- bedroom 2-flr condo was beautiful, bright, and offered everything that we could ask for. the best thing were the super comfortable and clean King-sized beds and a cute little private porch for my sister to use to momentarily and safely step outside. surroundings were quiet. Hosts responded quickly and were more than accommodating for a request that they could have easily denied. This saved our sanity after a very long trip to town. we truly appreciated the hosts for this! thank you for hosting us and we will definitely keep your cute, beautiful, very comfy place in mind the next time that we come back to town!

Greg was a super host - always responsive and helpful before & during our stay. Great location for climbers. Plus the PAC Man arcade was a bonus. Would stay again!

Tongs place is a great option if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Vegas.

Great spot that felt very safe and clean. I appreciated having garage parking and it was easy to get in and out of the building. Perfect location for a weekend soccer tournament.

My wife and I loved this place. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it has everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

So honest review I’ll start with the good. Sherman was very responsive and very helpful with explaining any issues or problems and very accommodating when there was an issue. Location is dope as well due to being so close to the strip and you can see the casinos and hear the clubs at night when you are outside. I felt protected and there were no issues with anyone or anything. The bed is also so comfortable I slept great every night. Now for the cons; the tv sound went out in the master room first night not sure why and then it started playing regular the next day. There was hair in the shower as if someone rushed to clean although the bathroom was immaculate. There were stains in the fridge again as if someone rushed to clean. And lastly the code to get in was a hassle but Sherman took care of it. All in all a beautiful place to stay in and if you can get the VIP experience extra please do it for an awesome time.

Great stay, Isaac was very responsive when we felt the water temperature wasn’t right for us and it was taken care of. Nice neighborhood, there seemed to be some nearby construction happening which was outside anyone’s control. Overall would stay here again.

We stayed here with colleagues while visiting an exhibition in Las Vegas. The property was exactly as described – spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. Lilly was always responsive and friendly, which made everything smooth and easy. Our stay felt like a little vacation combined with some great team building. Highly recommended!

Freds house is a great value, near all the restaurants we like, and near the strip and airport, but also not far from red rock canyon. The house was clean and large. We loved our stay and would stay again! Fred let us do a late checkout on our last day which was really nice too as we had a late night flight and didnt want to haul our luggage everywhere during the day :)

Andi was very accommodating. Easy check-in. We had everything we needed in the house. There was plenty of space and overall plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Thank you for such a great stay Andi.

I loved my stay! Josh and Pricilla's place was just a pictured: modern, spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The home is within a lovely gated community in Henderson, so safety was never a concern. I was given access to park my car in their garage. Communication with the host was prompt and courteous. The kitchen was appointed with all the amenities one would need. There are a few grocery stores within a 5-minute drive. Allow yourself a 5-8 minute drive to the 215 freeway, which is were several restaurants and shops are located. Depending on traffic, you could be on the Strip within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this lovely home, and I would definitely book again!

We loved staying at this property and felt it was a great base to enjoy the strip as well as Valley of Fire, Death Valley and Red Rocks Canyon which was the reason we chose it. The property is lovely, clean, bright and very quiet. We had a bit of difficulty getting ahold of the owner to get into the property, but AirBnB was very responsive, provided a meal at their expense at a restaurant of our choice while we waited to hear from the owner. Turned out the owner had had a personal emergency but then went above and beyond to make sure we got into the property and all our needs were met throughout our stay. We totally appreciate that life happens and we very much appreciated how Airbnb and Marilyn handled the situation despite everything that was probably going on in the background in the owner's own life! We would highly recommend this property not only for location and appeal, but because Marilyn really values the experience she gives to the people who stay at her property.

Great little unit right by The Strip. The complex has several other short stay units so there was no trouble at all getting in and finding parking. Security was helpful as well. You’re about a 5 minute Uber from the Bellagio and can walk to the Rio easily. Really prime location Unit was clean and surprisingly quiet for how close you are to the action. Rooms were private with trees blocking your neighbors views in. Loved the balcony too! David and Lillian are great hosts. Lillian was super responsive when the AC had an issue and had a guy to fix it come within 15 minutes. Easily the fastest response to a problem I’ve ever had staying at an Airbnb. Highly recommend this place to a small group or family who wants a chill place to relax between normal Vegas activities.

My 12yo son and I stayed here for a week for his spring break in Vegas. This home is close to parking, close to pool, washer & dryer in the unit, kitchen had plenty of stuff for home cooking. Towels for the pool. Big bed in one bedroom, two smaller beds in second bedroom, all of which were comfy. Plenty of nice people at the pool too. Fast internet. Comfy couch. Nice dining room table. Recommended!

Loved this place close to everything but nice enough to have quiet nights!

This area is really cool and unique. It was definitely giving off Europe vibes. The hot tub and pool were nice. The walk over to the town square was very pretty with some nice restaurants. Feels weird to say, but the shower was really nice. It has a really big shower head with good water pressure. Bed was on the firm side. Good if you are a back sleeper. Definitely enjoyed the area.

We had a great stay. The house was closed to the airport and very convenient, the beds were comfortable. There was k-cup coffee and creamer in the kitchen so it was great 😊. We got the very late so It was a little hard to find the building number because the light by the building number was out, but once we figured it out it was all good. Overall, we had a great time! Had a great time at Ping and Mikhail’s place with the comfort of being at home for our party of 6. The photos describe their property and the furniture and gadgets were modern. It was helpful to have a full size kitchen for my mom who has special dietary needs. Walkable to the Rio, Gold Coast and Palms casino with food options. The host was very responsive and will definitely stay here again!

We have been to Vegas several times and for us it is very important to have good breakfast near by and that we can reach the strip by foot. Both are perfect from Sandra‘s place. You can reach the strip in 30 minutes by foot. The apartment is lovely and in a quiet guarded community. There are a lot of free parking spaces around each house. We will book again next year.
