This was a great place to stay. Everything was within a short 15 minute or less drive. Quiet neighborhood with a private entrance. I would definitely stay at the location again.

Staying at Emily’s and William’s Airbnb was really nice. When we had a question Emily and or William would respond right away.They were also really nice. They made sure we settled in with no issues. We all really did enjoy staying here and our trip was a success!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Great location, close to the strip and airport, and well-furnished with comfortable beds and furniture.

My family and I had an amazing time, all of us were super comfortable and had an amazing time, would definitely stay here again, also I brought my dog with us and he had so much fun in their super cool backyard, they were also communicative throughout the whole trip

Awesome place, actually had 4 beds. Each bedroom is a good size, with the master suite being especially big. Felt right at home, better even. For checking out, note that both trash and recycling are blue bins, just labeled differently on the lid.

Derek was incredibly responsive! The house was amazing, very clean, fresh remodel and the amenities were great! We would love to stay here again some day!

Two thumbs up - we enjoyed our 7 nite stay at Livier's! We hope to return again soon! It had plenty of space for our family. Beds were adequate. We were sad the pool was absolutely freezing & couldn't use it. We were aware the pool wasn't heated but thought the sun would warm it up, but I guess that's only when it's really hot out. We ended up driving to a heated "Municipal Pool" on E Bonanza Rd so we could swim. Bath & swim towels are provided but hand towels and wash cloths are not, but it wasn't any problem at all because the stores were close by to get things we needed. There is no wine bottle opener but our host offered to get one, which we appreciated, but we just had other drinks & the home is stocked w/basic things for cooking. We absolutely loved the location & quiet neighborhood and appreciated the use of laundry facilities. Electric stove was not easy to regulate temperature but perhaps that's because we're used to gas. Easy assess to strip & airport. Thank u Liviers!!!

The house was amazing, clean and exactly what we expected! Esti was really quick to respond to a few questions we had. Communication was great! Check-in and check-out were really easy. Esti’s house was simply perfect for our vacation in Vegas! Would recommend 100 percent.

It was a great stay- Jason made it easy to communicate and ensure an overall easy, smooth process. The house was beautiful and in a private location only 15 minutes from the strip with other places much closer by such a the M and other food spots. Highly recommend!

The place was amazing. Some people complained about the shower in the master bedroom having no hot water, but in reality it's just that the labels for hot and cold are swapped for some reason. The house looks like in the pictures, some parts are even bigger than they appear actually. At some point during the night some of us accidentally left open the door next to a hot tub and as a consequence we woke up a neighbour. The host didn't make a big deal out if it after we explained the situation, which I appreciate. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is that some things in the kitchen (utensils, bowls, etc.) weren't actually clean even though they were in the cupboards/drawers.

Philip went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future! Philip truly gave the married couple and group the best time. The weekend was spent with the closest friends to enjoy and share these lasting memories. We appreciate it Philip!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Las Vegas! The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable with plenty of fun games! (The shuffle board was a HUGE hit all weekend) - exactly as described. Great location, close to the Strip (uber rides were about 20$ average to and from) the home was still quiet enough to relax. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

Tim and Lacy were great hosts! The house was extremely comfortable for our large family plus dog. The pool was essential for the crazy summer heat and much bigger than we pictured from the photos. Highly recommend!

Great location very close to the Strip and close to a couple of 24 hour convenience stores. I had a great view of the Strip from the 17th floor. Listing is spot on in terms of description & amenities. Mona was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were scheduled to stay the week . We were going to be in Vegas for the National bridge tournament. First off it was extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately a few days before our departure I had a big biking accident and we were not going to be able to travel. They let me have my bridge partner spend the week there and made it extremely easy for her to check in etc My friend told me that the place was amazing and she was able to communicate with the host easily. The place was so great that other friends who were staying at the Westgate came to use the microwave and "was envious of the walk in shower". She had an amazing stay! I am so grateful to Rushab for making it easy and wonderful for her to stay there-it made up for me not being there to play with her the entire week! So grateful. Thanks. karen

My husband and I had a terrific stay here while celebrating his retirement in Vegas. If you’re looking for something quieter than the Strip or a bustling hotel, we highly recommend this property. It was peaceful and private with nothing but open sky above you. An entire mountain line is also visible. There are two rocking chairs just outside the door that we frequently sat in to take in the sun and views. Beds are very comfortable as are the soft sheets and towels. Great water pressure in the shower. All of the cabinets and drawers are labeled with contents! Loved it! No searching around in an unfamiliar place. The entire home is filled with conveniences: coffee, sugar, bottled water, shampoo, body wash, etc. Soooo nice as we were traveling from Maryland, and packed the bare necessities. You’ll need a car, but you’re only 15-20 minutes from shows, restaurants, casinos, etc. We went everywhere with no problems! We would definitely stay here again, if we returned to the area. 5+ stars!

This property was amazing! It’s huge! Big parking lot, lots of space in the back and inside. Everything was beyond clean, the response from them was fast and detailed. Reaching out was never easier and cleaning up was an ease. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay somewhere secluded yet not too far from the strip or any other food joints and have the entire place to yourself with your friends and or family. Will consider booking again!

Quiet location close to where I needed. Had the kitchen and washing facilities I required. It is a shared space, which can be noisy. Some guests are on Vegas time, so showering at 3am etc.

THANK YOU Peter, The resort amenities were excellent and well maintained. The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable. The restaurant had good menu, good food and excellent service. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk to the Expo Center. We appreciate very much your kindness.
