Had a great, comfortable stay in Aj’s clean home. The place was dark inside with the blinds closed for great sleeping into the late morning. Lots of nature light when the blinds are opened. I felt very safe and secure in the gated community. Lots of good food and coffee nearby. Im glad i stayed at Aj’s place over a casino hotel.

Randal did a great job giving us instructions on how to get into the condo and he responded very quickly! The room was spacious and very clean besides some small things! Would recommend!!

Markus's 2BR condo was exactly as advertised. Pros: - Great location close to the Strip, including Rio, Palms, and Chinatown restaurants - Security -- have to get through security gate - Markus was very responsive --- the washer didn't work initially but Markus responded quickly and had it fixed that same day. - The place was clean and generally had everything you needed - The price was appropriate for what you receive Cons: - A little hard to find the unit, especially at night when it's dark. It would have been helpful to provide initial instructions (e.g., "Once you go through security, drive straight through the parking lot and the M building is behind the E building..." - The unit, including fixtures and appliances, is a little outdated. Overall, a good deal for what you get, and Markus was responsive!

We absolutely loved staying at Jerry's fantastic apartment. Everything was pristine and it truly is a five star rated property with just about everything provided for us. The apartment is spacious and well laid out and the bedrooms and living areas are really comfortable and Practical. It is close to Boulder City, Boulder Dam, and Lakeshoe Drive.and the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do on our trip. Jerry's communication was effective, efficient and friendly on both booking the property and throughout our stay. We really felt that he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our visit to the area. We would love to stay there again at some time in the future, and would have absolute confidence in recommending this property to any potential guests. Thank you Jerry for making our stay in Boulder City a really memorable experience.

This is an excellent place to stay to avoid the intensity of the strip and yet it's a short drive to all and very convenient. Quiet accomodations and a lovely place to stay!

The location was perfect, easy access to all the best spots in Las Vegas, including restaurants, attractions, and the Strip. Parking was also a big plus and made everything much more convenient. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be a bit away from the main strip craziness. the place is in great condition, clean and cozy. Our host went out of his way to make sure we felt at home and was very accommodating. He put extra effort into the atmosphere and making sure everything was stacked. You won't regret staying here!

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

First time in an AIRBNB IN VEGAS . This place exceeded my expectations with our stay for a soccer tournament. The host gave clear instructions on check in, making our arrival very smooth and easy. The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. It had everything we needed, as well as a a quick prompt response from the hostess with any of our questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Vegas and would for sure be staying here again for the next time we are in town.

Great location in the middle of everything. The valet parking was such a nice addition and you’re attached to Top Golf and one of the best casinos on The Strip

convenient location, great space for a long weekend

This was a fantastic place to stay with my 3 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and relax after a couple of long busy days. It was great to be able to get away from the hectic pace of the strip.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s place, conveniently located near The Strip. It is walkable but I recommend Uber/Lyft which was easy pickup in dedicated parking spaces on the property. The gate security was helpful and friendly. The condo was spotless! Clean and well organized with everything we needed. A nice corner unit near the pools. Sandra communicated quickly and addressed a small concern we had with the garbage disposal which was easily taken care of. We’d stay again the next time we explore Vegas!
