Light-filled Beach House Steps from the Sand

Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

THE best Airbnb rental in the area, hands-down. I was fortunate enough to stay here a little bit over a week, and had such a great experience. Going through a turbulent time in my life and Wylda’s home brought me much-needed peace and comfort. The location of her house (last one on the street) makes it very private, the views were so beautiful, love the layout of the house (a few steps up from the main living area as a smaller entertainment area with a couch, TV and desk overlooking the lake) that it gave me a beautiful backdrop as I did work, everything is very clean, very comfortable bed, and absolutely love the decor (you can tell the host as well traveled). I will be recommending this house to any friends or family that come to visit the area. And I’ve already booked another stay very soon!

Waterfront Lake House

Brian’s lake house was a perfect weekend retreat. It was so cute and very peaceful. It is tucked away, but the short drive to stores and restaurants made it very conveniently located. You also can’t beat being THAT close to the water! Brian is also a super helpful host which made for an easy check-in and stay. We had a lovely time and will definitely come back in the warmer months :)

Seaside Paradise

We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We find place and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Perfect location for someone just looking for rest in very beautiful neighborhood. Jacqueline was very responsive, easy to communicate, helpful and polite. I would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone needs a place feels like home away home.

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

Sunset Bungalow-Mt views on 130acre forest & falls

We had a wonderful 4 day visit at Rick's Sunset Bungalow. The property was as described and the bungalow itself was cozy and clean. Rick's communication was terrific and the links and videos of directions and how things worked was a tremendous help. Rick is a great host and I can only imagine his other rentals are just as nice as the bungalow. Thank you for having us Rick!!!

I reached out to Carol after we had been in a horrible Air B&B situation in a near by town.. She accommodated us on the very day we needed to check in. Her place is stunning! And very charming. The views are to die for. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend her place. Also, snacks and essentials were left for us and plenty of coffee! I will never forget the beautiful view sitting in the family room overlooking lake.

Beautiful views of the beach. Close to Silver Sands Beach with a nice boardwalk to take a walk on. Home is comfy and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay.

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

We had a fantastic time on our Girls' Weekend! The place was beautiful, exactly as she described. Great house for our extended family winter get together. Loved the one great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas. The out building game room was perfect for a snowy cold weekend. Carl was very responsive during our stay. His ice skating rink recommendation was helpful. And the snow removal services were greatly appreciated.

Henry’s place easily fit the needs of our group (three families with little kids) and had plenty of bedrooms for us to spread out between. We appreciated the large couch / living room area which was large enough for us all to comfortably sit. It’s a quick drive to the town of Kent which was very cute to explore (and lots of good places to eat!). We have friends in the area and would definitely book here again for a return trip. Check out was a breeze and we greatly appreciated not having a long list of to do items like other Airbnb’s.

A beautiful and charming place! The space was spotless and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Best Air bnb we've stayed at so far. House is spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. we felt very welcomed with snacks and a stocked fridge. The layout was ideal for our two families to each have our own wing. We will try to stay here anytime we are in CT.

Beachfront paradise- come, stay, relax!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!
