What an incredible host and a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Jim greeted me for check in, he was so friendly and approachable. He reminded me of an American version of Crocodile Dundee. Host was responsive and attentive, making contact every day to make sure I had everything I needed. They have an attention to detail that is unparalleled. Would definitely choose them and the property again!

Helen and Joe were able to accommodate us after our previous booking canceled on us at the last minute and their place was awesome! They were very gracious hosts. The house was located a short drive from the Texas Ren Fest, had plenty of beds, was very clean, and the hot tub and pool were fantastic after a long day of walking. 10/10 would stay here again the next time we come down for the Ren Fest.

Apartment is nice and has everything you need, bathrooms are large and clean, with the main bathroom having a jetted tub. The view from the condo is actually better than the picture, as soon as you enter you have a panoramic view of the lake. There’s a restaurant/pool within a block of the condo so it does give a resort feel. Also Jim, the host, is very responsive, helpful, and knows the area very well. He alone made the trip that much better. Our family loved the outing and I think you will as well.

The condo was just as described. Beautiful bar and great views. The balcony over the water was my favorite, we enjoyed the time we spent. Definitely a destination to visit in the future.

Great house in a beautiful location right on the lake! Shanley was very helpful with suggestions and quick to answer any questions I had.

We needed a place to stay for one night while in town to visit a terminally ill family member. We came across Marilyn’s place & noticed it was perfect for the 6 adults in our group. The property is beautiful and peaceful. We needed a late check in and Marilyn was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay here again in the future!

This was by far one of the best places we have stayed at in many years! Kelli is extremely friendly and communicative. She was very helpful when our plans had to get alerted a little bit as well. The cabin was adorable and very clean. It's on a very peaceful gated property that is set well away from the host's house for privacy. They have geese walking the grounds, a fire pit, porch swing and nice rocking chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We loved getting to unplug a little during our trip and reconnect with each other and nature. For a small extra fee (well worth it), they provided a fantastic breakfast of homemade biscuits with local made jam, butter and honey. We have already told many friends and family about this cabin and plan to make it at least a yearly trip to enjoy their hospitality! If you have anything to do anywhere near this area, whether it be Ren Fest or a wedding or anything else, do yourself a favor and stay here!

Book it! My family and I stayed for our last bit of Spring Break (4 adults, 3 kids and a baby) and we had a blast! I can’t think of a negative thing to say about our stay. Upon arriving to the property, it just felt peaceful. The atmosphere and the community together have a sense of calmness. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of cookware to use for having homemade meals. The backyard area was beautiful and full of seating. We sat around the fire pit, barbecued, fished and utilized the boats. There were extra life jackets, fishing poles and grills on site to use as well. Our kids had so much fun! Watching them disconnect from the world a bit and just have fun being kids was the best part. We loved our time at Richard and Carols. Definitely had me wanting to sell our subdivision house for a place like this!

Place was bigger than expected. Great location with quiet neighbors. Host was very responsive during our stay and friendly. We had a great time and would recommend this place in the Woodlands. Make sure to bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, shampoo, etc. but the place was clean, quiet and convenient.

Although the condo is cozy my wife and enjoyed the property for 7 1/2 months while having our new home built. The surroundings are amazing, with a lake view off of the back patio, and a great treed neighborhood for our daily walks. Shopping and great restaurants are a short drive away, with a few within walking distance. Matilde is a great host who promptly dealt with any questions or concerns.

Our stay at Pine Island while attending a local dog agility competition was great as always. This time we had 3 adults and used the sofa which pulled out into a comfortable bed. Location and a totally fenced backyard are a primary reason for our choosing to stay here. The fact that Tim responds very quickly anytime we contact him is important as well!

My family and I needed a place to stay for an extended period of time. We loved staying up at Lake Conroe in this Airbnb. It was beautiful. The condo is right on the lake with beautiful views. We could see boats, kayakers, golfers, pool and one weekend we saw a beautiful wedding take place. Everybody was so very nice. The neighbors, people at the pools, people walking their dogs and security were all so very nice and helpful. We felt very safe and we loved having a gated community, manned by security 24/7. Terri was fabulous and very helpful to us. Terri is very organized (which made our time stress free and easy to manage) and she gave us lots of suggestions of lots of places to take the kids for fun. The area has so much to do, you’ll never be bored. My kids and I loved every minute of it. I would recommend this Airbnb to anybody and I will definitely return. Thank you so much for making our extended-stay a fabulous experience. We have wonderful memories to show for it! Thank you!!!

We had a great time! It was completely peaceful and quiet! There were a few boats out on the lake but we could barely hear them. We’re already planning a trip back with friends.

2nd stay here, always nice, on the lake with a balcony. Units are a tad dated but certainly had everything we needed. Janet is a great, responsive host. I would stay again, but would like to see a little more routine maintenance. That would have made for a more pleasent stay. Would still recommend this location.

Robert really helped us by being flexible about our check-in time he let us check in earlier than normal, and for that we are extremely grateful

Our stay was amazing. The location was good, condo was perfect, clean, all amenities, tremendous views, outside TV a plus. Just a beautiful and wonderful get away with our grandkids. Rob was very responsive with everything. We will most definitely continue staying here on our visits to our family in Conroe, TX.

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and we love it! The view is wonderful and enjoy the Walden area very much!! Ruben is always an excellent host!

Absolutely loved the place! The bed was so comfortable, the views were gorgeous and the surroundings peaceful! Jim graciously greeted us at check-in and helped accommodate our parking with our boat! Definitely would recommend and will return!!!

Loved the gated community sense of privacy and security. The guards were friendly and courteous. Close proximity to anything you would need. Getting around Houston was pretty easy coming from this location, but be careful of tolls. Definitely try the restaurant “Hunger Crush” at the warf, the food was excellent. Cafe 105 was a great breakfast spot with interesting twists on old classics. The only negative was on the morning when all three of us had to get ready to get out the door early, we ran out of hot water. Since I showered last, it was a very brisk and hurried experience. Give yourselves plenty of time between showers.
