Lake Lotawata : locations de vacances

Jennifer’s place was a perfect stay for our family of seven. We had a kid with us and one of the rooms upstairs is connected to another room that has a futon. There isn’t a door that separates the two rooms but we were fine with that. It was sunny and nice to be able to sit on the back patio. We rented a golf cart and took that around town (designated areas). The town is very walkable and in the summer months, with everything open, I can imagine it being lively. We took a walk along the Ohio River (which we walked to) and that was nice. Kitchen also had what we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Louisville! Wonderful hosts, wonderful space, wonderful location. Walkable to both downtown and NuLu neighborhoods, we got around very easily and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

The house was as described and was perfect for what we needed. There is noise from the neighborhood and nearby airport, but it wasn't intrusive to our stay.

Kim helped me get reservations set up for my parents anniversary, for the second year in a row. She is extremely kind and helpful, and my parents loved her place and the area so much they went back! Very clean and nice place, plenty of extra amenities, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area and wildlife, good restaurants within driving distance, and plenty of privacy and a feeling of safety and calm! Thank you again Kim from all of us, especially my very happy parents!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

The River’s Edge Oasis was a great place to stay for our quick trip through Louisville. Had some difficulties for a few minutes getting the keys, but James answered very quickly and we figured out the issue and everything was smooth sailing from there. The house is decorated very nicely and very clean, you’ve got everything you need and if you don’t have it there are plenty of options around to find what you’re looking for. It was beautiful to wake up overlooking the Ohio River in the early mornings, very quiet and peaceful. James and his team were very accommodating and it made our short stay so enjoyable. We would definitely book this house again if we’re ever in the Louisville area!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet, clean house. It was very close to downtown LaGrange where we ate several meals and enjoyed the small town feeling of this area. This house was in a great location with easy access to the interstate which made going to Louisville Slugger Museum, Kentucky Derby Museum and a bourbon trail stop really easy. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were communicative and suggested a bourbon trail stop and a famous restaurant in downtown Louisville for lunch, and we took their suggestions and enjoyed both places: Angel's Envy Distillery and J. Graham's Restaurant in the Brown Hotel.

Great amenities and responsive hosts! Would recommend to all looking for a comfortable place to stay in Shelbyville. If I could rate greater than 5/5 stars, I would.

Great “home base” for our trip to Louisville. Home matched the description and was very clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood during our stay. Close to a great state park for hiking. Host was very proactive with instructions and helpful information.
