Lake Lugano : location de maisons de vacances

Beautiful, great place. The house is very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Marzia is very lovely even though we arrived quite late at night, she came and greeted us at the house. She is always responsive and will make sure that we arrived at the house safely .The apartment has two terraces with beautiful view. One of the best things is we can have breakfast at the nearby little Cozy Café call Nene. Everything there is wonderful. However, I think it’s good to have a car and it would be quite challenging to walk down to the town. There is some stairs to the apartment but we managed to bring our luggage there.

Auch wenn wir mit dem Wetter nicht so viel Glück hatten, haben wir diese schöne Unterkunft für 2 Nächte sehr genossen. Alles da was man braucht, um ein paar schöne Tage auf dieser kleinen Insel zu verbringen. Das einzige, was wir nicht mehr machen würden, ist im empfohlenen Restaurant Delfino zu frühstücken. Auf der Frühstückskarte waren keine Preise ausgewiesen und umso mehr waren wir dann über die verrückt hohen Preise für die paar Kleinigkeiten die wir bestellt hatten verwundert als wir die Rechnung bekamen. Besser selbst etwas mitnehmen und in der schönen Küche zubereiten und mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See geniesen 😉

Marianna has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Marianna was helpful in how to find her address, she came to meet us at the bus stop and told us where to get off. Through out our stay she struck the balance of being available to help but without being intrusive. Lezzeno is a lovely base from which to explore the towns up and down the lake, it’s easy to travel by bus or boat to various villages like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. These places can be packed with tourists so it’s nice to come home to Lezzeno at the end of a day, which is much quieter and less ‘touristy’, a much more authentic feeling town where locals live. Lezzeno also has some fantastic places to eat. Osteria Il Governo 1801 is especially good and Crotto dei Pescatori is also great. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay from which to see all that Lake Como has to offer!

The host was really nice and friendly. The communication was super easy and fast. The appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. A swing was great for our 3 year old! It is nicely located in a peaceful area with wonderful mountain views. The village is a bit of a steep drive from the lake so if you plan to visit multiple destinations around the como lake, you should note that it adds 15 to 20 min to the driving. On the other hand, we rather stayed a bit further away from the busy touristic villages by the shore. And a nice child-friendly beach by lugano lake was just 20 min drive away. The parking on the street is not perfect but in the end it was not really a problem. We stayed longer than planned. We would consider coming again if vising this area!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Sophies Haus! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse und ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sophie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen, charmanten Wohnung total wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, genauso wie das Dorf und das Café um die Ecke… Danke an Carla für den netten Kontakt und all die tollen Tipps, wir wurden richtig umsorgt.

אנה וסטפנו היו מהרגע הראשון נחמדים ואדיבים. ברגע שהגענו סטפנו הראה לנו את המקום ועזר לנו עם המזוודות. הכל היה מסודר, נעים ומפנק. לא היה חסר שום דבר. הנוף מהמרפסת הכי יפה שיש והבית מעוצב בסגנון וינטג'. יפה, חמים ומזמין. היינו במרחק הליכה מהאגם. התחושה העיקרית שליוותה אותנו במשך השהות בדירה היא שהיתה מחשבה על כל פרט קטן בבית כדי שהכל יהיה על הצד הטוב ביותר. בנוסף המארחים היו זמינים לנו לכל שאלה, ונתנו לנו מידע תיירותי כשהיינו צריכים. היה יוצא מן הכלל. תודה רבה!

Appartamento pulito e in ordine, host disponibile e attenta alle neccessita degli ospiti.Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per visitare Leolandia. Consigliato!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Nah an der Loipe - nur 2 min. bis zum Start des Engadin Skimarathons.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende bei Maria. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung, und man ist super schnell im schönen Cernobbio, und von da aus mit der Fähre in Como.

Le logement était impeccable. La vue est juste splendide !

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. Grazie mille, Emilio e Angelica, Spero di vederti l'anno prossimo! Thank you for being like family to us and making our stay the best!

Let me first say that we have stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s as well as hotels on trips before. This was, by far, the best air bnb experience we have ever had. The place is exactly like it is described except better in person. The thing that makes this our best air bnb experience is the absolute beauty of the place and location combined with Guilia’s help. I can’t go on enough about how helpful she was to us from recommendations to helping with transportation to and from different places. She was so informative and even helped us with a taxi late at night after we missed our original ferry drop off. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable Lake Como place. You won’t find anything better.

Alloggio carinissimo curato nei particolari, molto accogliente e arredato con gusto, in una buona posizione in centro paese e vicina al lago; peccato abbiamo trovato tempo brutto altrimenti avremmo sfruttato anche l’area esterna molto carina!!

Slavka+Salvatore sind super Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Auto und Slavka hat uns sehr geholfen mit der Werkstatt. Salvatore hat uns gleich am ersten Tag einen großen Korb mit frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten vorbeigebracht. Der Garten ist riesig und der Bereich vor der Wohnung zur Eigennutzung sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet Das Zentrum mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind ca. 5min. mit dem Radl entfernt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Kleinkind und Hund zu Gast bei Valentina und Fabrizio. Die Unterkunft ist über einige Serpentinen-Strassen zu erreichen und für die letzten Meter gab es auch eine Fotobeschreibung des Wegs. Angekommen hat uns Valentina persönlich empfangen und hat uns erstmal unser Apartment, aber auch das Nebenhaus mit Kaffee- und Weinstube, sowie den zugänglichen Gemüsegarten gezeigt! Wir waren wirklich von der ersten Sekunde an super happy dort gelandet zu sein. Unser Apartment war wirklich wunderschön, tolle Gewölbedecken, super geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Ofen und eine super ausgestattete Küche mit großzügigem Esstisch, sowie Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse! Das sich im Anwesen mehr Apartments befinden ist überhaupt nicht störend und wir haben auch kaum etwas von den anderen Besucher:innen mitbekommen. Alles in allem war Valentinas und Fabrizios Haus mit die schönste Airbnb-Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren. Absolut zu empfehlen, für einen ländlich-geschmackvollen Urlaub!

We stay more than one month in Sara’s place. Felt right like at home. Very chill and tranquil surroundings. 15 min drive from Bergamo downtown. Parking available. If u don’t have a car and don’t plan to rent one - keep in mind that it’s very isolated place. Although there’s a mini-market 2 minutes away by walk and supermarket maybe 10-15 minutes away by walk. Besides that it quite impossible to get somewhere without car. Only good walk around the town. The house is quite perfect. Dedicated work space in the small room is enough for 2 people to work in the same time with 2 laptops. Kitchen has everything to cook. TV is not smart, but we connected with HDMI and it’s all good, it is large btw. Sofa also very nice. And patio gives u plenty of sunlight in the morning. In the kitchen u can find Lavazza capsule coffee machine to enjoy coffee as real Italians do.

Perfect place to stay close from airport with shuttle that Elena arranged for us. Super clean and cosy flat with very comfortable beds. I would book again. Host is very friendly and helpfull. Recomended.

Die Wohnung von Virna & ihrem Partner ist wirklich toll - Lage und Ausblick sind einmalig, privat und ruhig gelegen. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von einer Freundin von Virna begrüsst und hatten sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthalts einen sehr netten, proaktiven und hilfreichen Kontakt mit Virna. Die Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Nähe haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren das erste Mal auf der Riederalp und total begeistert. Patricia's Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen: direkt am Skilift und an der Skipiste. Wunderbar mit Kindern, da sie mit den Skiern keine weiten Wege gehen müssen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und wir hatten alles, was es braucht. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Little Paradise is exactly what the name describes. Chiara and Graziano (her Dad) are great hosts. We stayed (2 couples) for 3 weeks sampling the amazing food, wine and culture of this beautiful village. The unit is in the center of Arona, and a short walk to all amenities. A couple of minutes get you to Lake Maggiore, with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. This cozy unit was very clean, well presented and located in a very quiet complex, and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was ideal for 2 couples. I highly recommend little paradise to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable stay. Chiara and Graziano went over and above to make us welcome and comfortable. If we are looking to visit the area again, Little Paradise is where we will be staying!
