Our family of 6 adults & 3 girls (8, 6, & 2.5yrs old) loved the house. Girls loved collecting shells & rocks on the beach. It was easy to walk down to it but far enough away from the house that the girls knew an adult had to go with them. The pickle ball court was a hit-4 paddles & 3 balls to use. Hot tub is large enough for 6 yr old to think she was swimming in a warm pool. Loft upstairs with TV was a great place for the kids to watch some shows & play. S'mores around the fire pit was fun. We used a fork from the grilling utensils to roast our marshmallows. HEB is 13 mins & has firewood (as well as groceries) if you need more than what is provided. Full size refrigerator with water & ice in the door was very nice. Picnic style table in the kitchen was a great space for setting up games & coloring book activities for the kids. Separate dining table was large enough for all of us to sit together for dinner. It has 8 chairs & there were some folding chairs outside too.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed house for our family of 8. The location on the lake is also very good. The house is on good water and the dock was easy for us to use with our boat. Highly recommend this home

Felt very comfortable staying here. Beautiful and relaxing inside and outside.

We felt right at home, the living room furniture was cozy and comfortable. The beds/mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Our kids enjoyed see the deer in the mornings and afternoons. We would definitely stay here again.

The place Was great! Did not have enough parking for boats. Wish I would’ve shown better pictures of parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it cleaner than it was when we got there.

This was a great place for my family, extended family and two dogs. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really liked the yard being fenced in so our dogs could play and enjoy the place as well. Outdoor illumination could be improved. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

We had such a great long weekend at Tyler's place. The back yard has everything you need from access to the lake, to a pool, to games, a hammock for relaxing...the list goes on. We had an issue with Dish and Tyler was quick to notify us and kept us updated frequently. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will be back!!

Lake House vibes! Nice, clean home. Great location with Lake LBJ across the street and access a short walk down the street. Bunkhouse is great for the kids. Huge backyard to let our 2 dogs run around - just be careful if your dogs are smaller as there are some gaps under the fence they can crawl under due to the slope of the backyard. Host checked in and was quick to respond.

My wife and I stayed in Kim's Riverfront home for 3 nights. It is a great base as it is centrally located to explore the area. We took day trips to Inks Lake, Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg. Kim's house was very nice with everything you needed. Kitchen was very well stocked and Kim even left us some nice Valentines treats. She also recommended some nice places to eat in the area. Each morning we would have our coffee on the back porch and watch all the birds waking up on the river. Kim's house was very cozy and we felt very much at home. We will be back as this little gem was a great find in a quiet little neighborhood.

We loved our stay! We came & stayed for a month with three kids. We loved the area, it was very quiet and peaceful. We went on a walk around the neighborhood each day we could. The home had everything we needed. We adored the back deck as well! Katy was an awesome host & even arranged extra items we needed since we brought our kiddos.

Oh my, what a little slice of HEAVEN near the city but oh so far away. We loved the entire place. The interior was beautifully put together with so many adorable additions. Bedrooms were all decorated differently but each lovely and comfortable mattresses. Great large bathroom and walk-in shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. The 2 sitting areas were lovely and we had great family time. But the OUTSIDE - WOW! We loved sitting around the firepit and enjoying the hottub. It was quiet and we enjoyed being out in nature. We absolutely can't wait to stay here again! 5-Star host and wonderful to get to meet Denise. She obviously has put a lot of love and attention into every aspect of this property!

Absolutely gorgeous location, close to many restaurants and amenities in Lago Vista & Marble Falls, as well as multiple parks & scenic areas. Incredible lot with a pandoramic view of sunrise, stars at night, and city lights in the valley off in the distance. Great communication & accommodations from the hosts as well. Thank you!

We had a wedding at Longhorn Caverns and decided to stay at this lovely home. It was great! Everything the kids and I wanted and needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the kids loved playing air hockey!

This place was perfect for what we needed as we were attending a wedding nearby. The place was very well. Done, furniture was comfortable bedrooms were well stocked as were the bathrooms. Full-size refrigerator full kitchen, although we did not utilize the full kitchen as we were only there one night. We were all very comfortable

Our group had 11 people in it, we had enough walking space on the 1st floor for eveyone to visit and play games. There is a big 2nd living area with a bar set up as you walk in the front door. The kitchen was a bit tight for more than 4 people trying to cook. We cooked out 3 nights with the grill provided. 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, the master has so much room, the bathroom has a walk in closet. A bedroom with a queen size bed & twin trundle, the bathroom off to the side that can be accessed from this room & the livingroom. From the livingroom/diningroom you can access the back yard. The stairs are a bit narrow so you do have to watch each step you take and if you have toddlers watch them. Up stairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 nightstand only and a plug in water a/c unit. It was not as cold as I would like. 2nd room was a full with a pull out and plug in a/c water unit. 3rd room has no door so there is no privacy, it has 3 twins 2 with trundles, and a stand up fan.

Tess was the perfect host! She was so accommodating and helpful! The home was beautiful and so comfortable. We had such a lovely stay!

Such a quiet and cozy place! We loved that we were not in a high traffic area but could easily get to anything we needed. The outdoor space is amazing, and we appreciated the direct water access. The kayaks and SUPs were a hit too, even in November! We definitely plan to return!

Great vacation home with amenities such as volleyball, horseshoe and washers. The space worked for our family. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lazy Doe. Everything was as described, the place was clean and inviting, and we enjoyed the amenities for our pups. We had plenty of space for our party of five people and two dogs. It was an easy distance to Marble Falls for great food and Christmas fun.

We had a wonderful stay, the rooms all had bathrooms which worked out great for our amount of people. Very pleasant surroundings, with a ton of deer! Our Grandkids loved the nice playground on property, we loved the outdoor patio with heater too. We would come back on our next trip to that area for sure

What a gem! Beautiful, spacious home with a great waterfront view of horseshoe bay. Kathy was an amazing host as well. Would book again in a heartbeat!
