This was clearly the best place I've ever rented. The house is absolutely beautiful, cozy, with impeccable details and so many thoughtful touches. My guests and I felt so welcome, and we could tell the house is fully equipped with everything you could need, from kitchen utensils to bath and bed linens, and more. The spa was the highlight of our time in the house—relaxing, with a peaceful and stunning view. We highly recommend this place and would love to return. A fantastic cottage and estate with many things to do. We both don’t drink alcohol so we were worried the Hunter Valley might have been a poor choice for our anniversary but our stay at the cottage made it all the better. The hot tub was a highlight, so was the pool right near us. We loved and appreciated every little touch of local recommendation, minties and wine on arrival (keeping it for when we decide to drink again!) There is a little forest walk to do at the property and everything else was within a 15-20min drive. We felt right at home and will definitely stay there again! Our little peaceful home away from home!! Thank you so much.

Lovely mid-week stay. Check in super easy, place had everything we needed. Large well fenced yard to keep our dogs secured. 10/10 - would stay again.

Amazing place in the serene Hunter Valley countryside. Wonderful views of the surrounding fields, and the outdoor tubs are a nice touch. The place itself is very cosy and has a rustic yet classy feel. Lots of blankets and pillows to feel at home and a well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!

What an amazing experience we had with our little ones, from waking up to feeding the horses, playing on the swing set to walking around the property. Eloise was so helpful and communicated all information that we needed. Its a perfect secluded home for getting away with the family.

Our stay with Sally and Romo was absolutely magical! Their cottage is impeccable - exactly as pictured, cozy and welcoming. Walking in to find freshly baked bread, homemade cookies and cakes was just the beginning. What makes this place extraordinary are Sally and Romo themselves. Their genuine warmth, joy and desire to connect made us feel like longtime friends rather than guests. Romo's personal tour of nearby towns and pubs was a highlight, as was the enchanting riverfront on their property. Our dogs had the time of their lives exploring the fields and meeting farm animals. The entire experience was filled with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Our only regret? Not staying longer! We left with treats, memories, and new friends. Without doubt, this was our best Airbnb experience ever - we're already planning our return! Sally and Romo aren't just hosts, they're the epitome of hospitality and human connection.

Amazing location and place given the serenity and calmness of the location while still having modern facilities and amenities. Would definitely recommend and keen to book again in the near future 👍

We stayed for 5 nights in the cottage and had a wonderful time away from Sydney! Quiet, peaceful with great amenities like the pool, sauna and fire pit, not to mention the beautiful garden. The chickens, sheep and Glenn’s 3 pets are an added bonus. The Cottage is exactly like the photos and is very comfortable to stay in. Glenn is a super host! We got to see why! Thank you for your hospitality Glenn! It was most appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely gorgeous, and our kids had a fantastic time. Simon was a fantastic host—he went out of his way to show the kids around the chicken coop, which they loved, and even gave us some fresh eggs. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. While it was a bit on the expensive side, the experience and setting made it well worth it. A great spot for families—highly recommend!

Olive Grove was exactly what my sister and I (and Douglas, the dog) were looking for to ring in the new year. Post Christmas, we escape the city and head rural for recharging, New Year celebrations and no fireworks. The afternoons at this property are beautiful: sitting on the expansive back deck with a bottle of wine, books and board games; watching the sky change as the sun sets over the hills. The restorative energy of this place has worked its magic - we are going back to our respective homes much calmer!

Absolutely beautiful was so peaceful and quite very private so lovely and clean. you couldn't get any closer to the water unless you were on a boat! The view was amazing the instructions were clear and accurate so easy to find and get settled. the attention to detail Elizabeth has provided for here gusts is excellent from the linen to the towels the whole place is perfect . I highly recommend for couples to unwind and relax the lake house is beautiful.

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and would diffidently stay again. The house was clean, very comfortable and in a lovely, quiet location. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, but if it hadn't we would have utilized the fire-pit and done some exploring of the area on foot.

Amazing holiday house in a beautiful spot, loved the Canadian canoe. Everything so well laid out and comfortable. The most amazingly well kitted out kitchen. You can be active or lie on the couch watching Netflix and the sunset over the lake.. Also having a, little shop and takeaway, Cafe etc in walking distance was a bonus.

My husband, two kids and I had a really lovely long weekend away here. The place was new and felt so clean and fresh! Good size bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, living space was a bit small but fine for us 4. Deck was lovely - great views of the mountains and the paddocks across the street which had horses and kangaroos. Claudia was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly. She had great local suggestions and was generous in sharing the backyard space with our kids who loved running around with their chickens! There is some off road driving but it’s a short distance - still good to know. Shops and supplies are 20mins away. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable break and would def go back!!
