Natalie’s place was very comfortable and perfectly located near the lake and within walking distance of a great place for brekkie/brunch.

The location is wonderful, view beautiful, and the local lorikeets were a welcome surprise. The kitchen was well equipped and the butlers kitchen was such a treat with an amazing selection of coffees and tea and other ingredients for some fun baking if required. Sonia was lovely to communicate with and very willing to accommodate you. All in all a wonderful stay.

Amy’s place was amazing and exactly as described. It was so clean we thought it had just been renovated, not a spot anywhere. Everything was well kept in cupboards, the beds were made really well and rooms really tidy. The living areas were well presented and the bathrooms looked and smelled clean with fresh towels on the beds. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s in a great location only 10 minute drive from Newcastle, the beaches and restaurants and the residential area is very quiet at night. Amy is also very responsive and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We will definitely return if we are visiting Newcastle again in the future.

We had a beautiful stay at Nicolas’s property. He has thought of everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Loved the outdoor area and pool. The beds and couch were really comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely and modern. The location is peaceful and a short walk to the lake and local amenities. The host is super friendly, responsive and accomodating. I highly recommend this property! And hope to return one day 😊

Fantastic house, beautiful view from the back over Lake Macquaire. Mandy has gone out of her way to provide facilities for her guests (pool towels, kayaks, games room etc) She was also incredibly responsive to any questions or assistance we needed. We had 3 generations there for an 80th birthday weekend and it was fantastic, and safe for young kids. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thanks Mandy.

Home in Dudley hosted by Eliza was fantastic! Very modern, cosy house that looks even better in person than in the photos. The house was spotlessly clean, and Eliza's communication and instructions were perfect. Thank you!

The accommodation was more than expected. It’s an older house, but nicely presented. We were seven adults and four children under 10, plus a couple of dogs. The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of eating/sitting areas also. Three decent sized tables to choose from. Sitting on the balcony, overlooking the lake was special especially when the sun was going down. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Added to that, there is a huge basement area. We never felt like we were under each other’s feet. Bonus of course is the very large pool! Easy access to the walking/bike track across the road which meanders around the lake. Thank you Naomi - we enjoyed our stay very much.

This apartment was stunning with gorgeous views in a great location. We used to live across the street and loved the feeling of being back home. Will definitely use as our base when we’re back on the coast next time!

Perfect spot so close to the beach, cafes and busy Darby street without being noisy. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Much more spacious than the place seems in the photos but still had a homely feel. We were very happy here and would stay again!

Lovely apartment for a couple. Kitchen was well kitted out and a great view from the balcony. A spacious bathroom with an excellent shower.

Our stay was with our adult children and grandchild and there were 3 different living areas as well as an enormous balcony so enough space for different activities at the same time. So convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. We parked the cars until we left. Great to see the home and garage as described (easily fitted 2 large cars). The lift from the garage was not working but Lane had advised they were waiting on parts so we just used the stairs without a problem. There is also a private lift down to the front of the building and this is the way we left and entered most times. Would be more than happy to stay again.

This is a great place that would suit a lot of people. There were 6 of us staying and the apartment was spacious and we appreciated the considerate inclusions such as beach towels and pantry items. Walked to a local restaurant for dinner and because Amanda generously let us check out a bit later, we walked to Nobby’s beach for a swim before the drive back to Sydney.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building offers excellent amenities, including the pool and the gym, making the experience even better. The host was incredibly kind, always available, and quick to respond to any questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again.

Lovely house, very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location, close to all amenities with plenty of free street parking nearby. Checking in was quick and easy, great communication. All up, 10/10 experience.

Gorgeous spot for a getaway from the city. Close to everything in the Hunter, but well away from everything and everyone. Super easy to find and get there, check-in/out was a breeze. All the information you need is provided. Great amenities especially in the kitchen. Accomodation is a beautiful space indoors and out. Amazing afternoon walks around the property. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The photos are extremely accurate, lovely two bedroom villa. We had a very relaxing time here, plenty of books and a few games to choose from to keep ourselves entertained as well. Aircon and fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. A well appointed villa in a lovely part of the world
