This place was great! The pool was nice and clean, the backyard was well laid out too. The inside was beautiful, fun and felt much larger than it is. It was very clean, the furnishings and beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We walked to breakfast most mornings at the local shopping plaza with a Publix, only .3 miles away. And the drive to the beach is not bad but you can also park in town and take a trolly. I highly recommend this rental!!

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

Karolina’s place was all we could have hoped for. Very clean and so many areas to hang out. Something unique we appreciated that isn’t always the case at other Airbnb’s is the amount of dishes and silverware they had available. We barely had to run the dishwasher because there was always plenty of dishes/cups/silverware etc. to choose from. She also had a nice selection of pots and pans. You won’t regret staying here.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for cooking. The hosts were kind and communicative. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and I knew if we needed something I could reach out. We had a comfortable stay here and would definitely book again if we return to the Tampa area!

The neighborhood was peaceful, and all the amenities made us feel right at home. There was a small miscommunication regarding the pet fee, but the host handled it with kindness and flexibility, which we truly appreciated. Their willingness to work with us made a great impression. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

The unit was as described. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, we asked to add a day to the visit and Christine was able to accommodate. The unit was ready for us at check in, it was a short walk to the pool and small beach area. Everything went as planned. We were happy with the unit and would rent again.

Mike and Alex’s Airbnb was clean, up to date, and exactly as described in the listing if not better! A short walk to the beach that’s totally doable with kids. The pool area was so nice and the kids loved the playground being close by. We had a wonderful experience and would totally stay again!

Had a terrific stay! It is a quiet residential neighborhood, which we loved. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. At the end of the road were benches with beautiful sunsets overlooking the bay. The place was clean and newly renovated. It is close to the beaches where we spent most of our time. My husband and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Wow, what a find! We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! The location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from Indian Rocks Beach, where the white sand and open beaches made for a perfect, relaxing getaway. It’s in a quieter area, which we loved, but still just a quick 20-minute drive to Clearwater if you’re looking for more action. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including all the beach supplies. It was so convenient being just a 2-minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants like Kooky Coconut (across the street) and others about a 10 minute walk. Nicole was a fantastic host—super responsive and supportive throughout our stay. The sunsets here were absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is by far the easiest 5 star review! We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! Such a great location and beautiful neighborhood. There’s super cute coffee shop a block over and it’s a short walk to Bayshore trail/other attractions. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend Valynnda’s place and would definitely book again!!

This is our most favorite place to stay in Dunedin. We have been a guest many times and stayed in three different cottages on premises. The surrounds are magical and always nicer than the time before, if that is even possible. The flowers and planting are beautiful. Feeding the koy fish and turtles are so fun. We’ll be back for sure

Roosters Hut was a beautiful stay. Peaceful with a sweet atmosphere. Windows everywhere but still private. There was a fresh air breeze that made it feel unique. The area is pretty easy to get to from the airport. It was also very easy to get into the expressways/highways to get to the beaches or other location activities. A great spot if you’re looking for a couples getaway that’s not crowded by the tourist beach atmosphere. The local restaurants are good. I recommend Ben T. Davis beach with the restaurant right on that strip. It was a favorite for us being a small family. Thnx again Nicole for your amazing hospitality!

We had a party of 8 which included 5 kids. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed staying here. The house has lots of space, is inviting and relaxing. The playroom/area downstairs kept the kids entertained. The checkout process is one of the easiest I've experienced. I loved not feeling rushed and overtasked on the morning of checkout. The home is in good shape with lots of seemingly new furniture. The outside was decent considering the effects of the hurricane in this area. I may have missed it in the description, but it was important to understand that two bedrooms are downstairs and use a totally separate entrance from the main house.

Great cabin with lots of games. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortably accommodated seven of us. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate.

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was easy to find, and getting in was a breeze. Susan and Dan, who live next door, were always available and happy to help with any questions. The washer and dryer were high-capacity and looked brand new. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

we loved our stay so much we wish we could live in it full time. We had everything we needed and more. instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would stay again in the future. Area is super quiet and private as well.

This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.
