Lake Manapouri : locations de vacances

Perfect place to stay and explore the Fiordlands! Beautiful home with expansive view of Lake Te Anau and easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Truly memorable experience and we are all looking forward to returning. The fireplaces were a huge bonus - it was great to wake up and have a coffee while sitting next to them. Also, we very much appreciated the welcoming groceries - what a wonderful touch. I would rank this at the very top of any airBnB I’ve ever stayed at.

By far one of my favorite Airbnb properties. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for any families especially if you have young children. The rooms were nice and dark (we had a baby so it was perfect for nap times) and there were plenty of toys etc for us to use whilst there. Te Anau has so much to offer and Milford Sounds is an easy drive from the Airbnb. Comfy beds, beautiful fire place, ducted heating, everything you need.

The room was clean and tidy, very close to the lake and a few minutes walk from the central street.

Rachel and Ryan’s Airbnb is a terrific home base to explore the Fiordlands. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants in the town center. The apartment was super clean and private feeling (note that unit is attached to the main house, like an in-law suite). The kitchenette is minimal, just a sink, toaster and mini-fridge (no microwave, cooktop or oven). It felt really spacious and we wish we could have used the beautiful yard more. Overall, we recommend this quaint place and would love to stay again when in the area again.

Linda’s place was immaculate, peaceful, and beautiful inside and outside. We loved using Manapouri as a base for our Kepler Track and Milford hikes. We also loved being able to walk to the lake, Church bar, and Doubtful Sound cruise. It’s close to Te Anu but feels closer to nature. You can’t ask for a prettier view or more helpful host. Perfect stay!

This stay in Te Anau was extremely accommodating. So much attention to detail by Kathryn and space to accommodate all age groups including a cupboard full of toys and games and 2 living spaces. Quite a small table to accommodate this many people but everything else was amazing.

Enjoyed our short and cosy stay! Probably weird to highlight, but this was a great place to do laundry (convenient setup) 😄

We loved the Tiny Tuis. It was really well thought out and felt really homely. It had everything we needed and more, including a lovely outside deck to relax and eat on. Easy walk into town and to the lake, and we used it as a base for milford sound too which worked well. Would highly recommend staying at Leeanne's place.

We stayed 4 nights and found our stay very relaxing. Everything that we needed was in the house. The house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
