Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

We had a great stay at Michael's place. The space was as described and well-located, and made for a great home base during our first time in Austin. A host's communication always means a lot to me, and Michael and Kristin were always super quick to reply when we needed something.

We've stqyed in many places in Austin over the years and this was one of our favorites. It's in a great location, just west of N. Lamar and east of W Lynn. Wonderful neighborhood and close to many of our favorite stores and restaurants. Very walkable. The place itself is cozy and yet spacious. It's very private (above the 3-car garage, which is a separate building behind the house). The kitchen, bedroom, and living room are large and comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice, very modern and quite large with a shower/bath combo. Lots of extra pillows and blankets, and lots of outlets. The view of downtown from the living room and from the deck, which is up a flight of outdoor stairs, is spectacular. Ann is an outstanding host. She was there to greet us and direct us to the rear garage and always available for questions. We would be happy to stay here again!

Our stay here was great! Madison was an amazing host, always responded super quick and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The location was awesome, we were within a decent walk of everything on 6th street. If you don’t like the walk, the post is correct on there being tons of scooters and bikes around the area. I would definitely recommend this stay, especially if doing a lot of 6th street or nearby.

This is a very nice, clean and private spot. Matches the description. It is a bit further to downtown than I hoped and there wasn’t much to do walking distance from it. However with just a short 10 minute drive you started seeing a lot of restaurants and shops, and with a 15-20 minute drive you’re in the heart of downtown. If you rent a car, this spot is a nice and private break from the downtown scene, but if you aren’t renting a car, just be ready to take lots of Ubers/lyfts.

The place was great and comfortable! Felt right at home. It’s a tinnnnny but hard to find the first time but once you find the right gate/door it’s a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved this place. Omer was responsive and made sure everything went well. He even recommended a few things to donin thw area. The home was as advertised, clean and spacious. The location is wonderful. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

We had an amazing stay at Flor’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to our office, restaurants, bars, shopping and to be right in the Domain is an absolute plus. Flor was an incredible host, super responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The little touches like welcome snacks, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, Keurig made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

Great house for our 3 night stay. The main room only has light blinds so it was hard to have a sleep in.

Jessica's house was just what we needed. It's a great location, easy to walk downtown but with loads of great restaurants on the doorstep. La Barbecue and Laundrette are both musts! The house comes equipped with everything you can think of, from paddle boards and yoga mats to music and games. Thanks so much, we hope to come again!

Great home and neighborhood! Super cute to walk to many different restaurant/bars, stores etc. 10 min drive to downtown. Loved the stay! The only thing we missed was the number of bedroom, technically only 2 bedrooms (with a closed door, but multiple beds to sleep on. No biggie though, it felt like home. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Joey's and we hope to return again in the future! Wonderful neighborhood, plenty of space for two people working remote and two dogs. Joey is great and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would happily recommend Joey's place to anyone traveling to Austin who wants to be somewhat close to the action but also in a quiet neighborhood.

We had the most wonderful stay! Nils and his team were super responsive and helpful. Very accommodating on checking in and out. The apartment was perfect for our five day stay and the building is great (rooftop pool is amazing!). The apartment was spacious, thoughtfully designed and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here any time we are in Austin again.

This was the perfect place to stay for my work trip to Austin. Easy to access and an exceptional host, I particularly appreciated the how clean the space was plus a surprisingly comfortable bed. Highly recommend! I didn’t get to explore the area much, but it was a great location for getting everywhere I needed to go.

John and Tracy were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and had solutions to a small challenge we had at the property that was out of their control. They took the small issue very seriously and resolved it almost immediately. The property is as described and felt new, with all sorts of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. The area, at least during our stay, was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the breeze through the trees. The golf cart was a wonderful add on and we used it to tour the neighborhoods and to get to the beach club. There is a beautiful trail through the woods that takes you to the beach club. My wife and I and our 5 year daughter really enjoyed the experience of the trip through the woods. The beach club had multiple pools and spas with an infinity each pool and pools for the kids that are more shallow. Thank you John and Tracy for a save, clean and fun Airbnb experience.

Would highly recommend. Location was the best, you are two blocks from Rainey Street, so about 3 minutes walk. We went all over Austin, and the Lyft rides were no more then about $12 + $15 per trip. This place has the best of both worlds, you get to have a condo, but the lobby is like a hotel. 24 hours check in/check out, a coffee shop in the lobby, which is also a bar. Not an out of control bar, but a grab a glass of wine or tap beer kind of bar. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded, always had chairs or loungers open and fire pit going if it was slightly shady. Amenities were exactly as described, unit was clean, and the bedding/beds were the comfiest I have ever been on. Literally took pictures of all the tags so I could purchase for home. When we go back to Austin, we will be staying here again.

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.
