This lovely second story apartment was just as beautiful as pictured. It was within walking distance to the University of South Carolina, the State Capitol and shops the dining on Main Street. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio both mornings. Would highly recommend this lovely place for a stay in Columbia.

Very clean, spacious and beautiful place. Host was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly. Absolutely great location very quiet and private but also very close to many shopping centers.

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

The host was very responsive all hours of the day. The place was clean and well decorated in a quiet neighborhood.

The stay was perfect for my needs. Place was clean, and Courtney provided snacks and water which were much appreciated. Courtney was very responsive to an issue with the a/c unit and offered multiple options until maintenance could come and fix the unit. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

Host was very reachable. Place was clean and maintained. Family of 4 with our pets fit and didn’t feel cramped. Worth the stay and easy to get to anywhere locally.

Zay was a great host and his house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. Comfortable beds, big open living space, a screened in patio and even a great workout room in the garage. I love the SC laid back vibes of the neighborhood and I would love to come back and stay again.

Janice is an amazing host! The house is always very clean and is so comfortable. We feel right at home when we stay. The coffeemaker wasn’t working properly and an outside light burned out. Janice had someone come fix it within a couple of hours!! We will always book with Janice when we are in Camden.

I lived in Columbia for a long time. When i moved away i was a little sad but the comfort of visiting back home was peaceful and relaxing. I will most definitely recommend

We were in town for a friend’s wedding weekend, and had never been to Lake City before. I wasn’t expecting such a cute little town! A walkable downtown area great for shopping, antiquing, and lunch, and the house was just a 5 minute walk from it all! The home was extremely clean, and beds were so comfy!

Wow, what a great stay. The view is extremely nice with the double balconies. The beds are extremely comfortable the showers get hot and stay hot. There’s so much space you don’t feel claustrophobic. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. I really always enjoy my stay with Cason development.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

Fully enjoyed staying at Kelly’s place. It was very clean and comfortable as well as convenient. Will stay again in the future when visiting family in Moncks Corner.

Great spacious apartment with outdoor seating going out back into a nice and peaceful neighborhood.

This was an amazing stay!! Dr Stephanie was responsive and the photos were just like the place. The only complaint I have is that the air was fancy lol! We just couldn’t figure it out! All in all we would definitely come back! The neighborhood was quiet and close to our event!

Lori's place has everything you will need for cooking your meals and cleaning up. Beautiful view of the lake. Lori is helpful and makes sure that you have everything you need. I would absolutely book with her again.

The location is amazing. The view is worth every penny. The corner unit is private and we basically lived on the porch! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Nice place to stay and relax. Should have been informed about which boat slip to use. Had a altercation with the condo president about parking my boat. Finally got it straightened out. Dishwasher out of service, burners on top of stove had not been cleaned in awhile. On top of frig dirty. We cleaned these things before we left. Did not want to leave for the next guest. Overall the condo was the best we ever stayed at. Thanks Kelly for sharing your place.
