Cozy condo on the lake! Kitchen was stocked, and even had a treat basket!

This was the perfect spot to meet up with our friends for the weekend. The accommodations were exactly what we needed with two under-one babies and two rambunctious dogs. Everything was tidy and organized. The showers were hot and featured a fantastic showerhead system. The fireplace made for a very cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was rainy during our visit so we weren't able to utilize the fire pit, maybe next time as we'd happily come back. I would recommend placing all open food in the refrigerator as we lost a donut to some stealthy foraging ants. They quickly cleared up once the sweet treat was removed and weren't an issue the rest of our stay.

Excellent house on Bass lake! From start to finish this house had everything that our group needed. The host, Mat, was outstanding to work with and provided simple instructions for everything. It is clear that the hosts know what they are doing. The house was well designed and had plenty of space to fit all of us. The large kitchen table was perfect for our group dinners, the deck was inviting and the main living area had a great setup for us to hang out. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Such a wonderful place!! Loved this lake house-and the property! Victoria and Kevin were absolutely amazing to work with- and so was John (and his daughter) at the Pontoon rental that Victoria recommended. We had a great family vacation- highly recommend!

Perfect communication, parking options were great and clear, excellent manual with restaurant options and things to do. Gorgeous view.

Our stay at Pam’s was so very nice Comfortable bed. Having washer/dryer Ami’s a plus. The lake view is BEAUTIFUL! Pam made everything easy and communicated quickly and well. We will be back. Did I mention, the view was Great?!

It was an incredible vacation by the lake! Despite the chilly weather, the house and its surroundings felt exceptionally cozy. The home boasts a unique charm, with an antique ambiance that adds character, and its lakeside location is perfect for breathtaking morning sunrises. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Hope’s place was beautiful. My family and I felt like home!! Wish we had more time, for the weekend wasn’t enough!! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the fire place most of all. Being on the lake was bonus! We were in town visiting for a hockey game at Culver Academy, it made for a great stay!! Close enough to the school. In the future we would definitely stay here again if ever back in town!!

This is the second time we have stayed. And we have enjoyed it each time. The place is spotless with plenty of amenities for our stay. We will definitely stay here each time we head up to Indiana to see our family. I can’t say enough great things!!

This is a great little apartment for one or two people. I was traveling alone and it was the perfect size for me. Everything was very clean and well apportioned. She even provided milk, a half-dozen eggs, a stick of butter, and bread! It’s in a quiet location and the view of the little park/walking path and the river was fantastic! There are motion-activated lights when you walk from the parking pad up to the apartment, so you’re never fumbling in the dark. She also provides a small flashlight attached to the door key, which not only makes it easier to unlock the door to the apartment, but it also makes the key easier to find in your bag. Off-street parking is available and the location isn’t far from Goshen Hospital or Goshen College. I had a couple of questions after arrival and Rose was quick to respond when I messaged her. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Goshen.

The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture in both living room and bedroom. It had very easy access to the water. It was pretty quiet since we were there Thursday to Saturday, not the full weekend, which we liked. Condos have shared walls so always a bit of “neighbor noise” just due to proximity, but honestly it was minimal. We had neighbors on both sides above and only heard minimal noise in the mornings. There is also ready access to charging which was great given we have an electric car.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious for our family of 6. The location was great and the lake beautiful! Thank you so very much!
