The Oasis Above The Lake was the perfect location for our weekend getaway to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. This home away from home is very comfy and relaxing, has beautiful views of the lake and mountains, a hot tub to sit back and soak the night away in, and an amazing screened in porch where you can sit comfortably watching the day go by. Tierra is a great host and has anything you could ever need or ask for during your stay already in the home for you. The Oasis is very clean, tidy, well thought out, and organized. Tierra even went above and beyond by having treats and goodies for our son who came with us. Our son was so excited for his gifts, he loved everything she gave him and played with the toys all weekend long. Thanks again Tierra for such a great experience at The Oasis Above The Lake.

This house was exactly what my family needed! We had a mix of children and adults and it fit us perfectly. The house is in a small neighborhood which I didn’t realize, but it felt like we were the only ones there which was awesome. The water is across the street from the front door. A nice little porch for a sunrise as well. It came stocked with plenty of blankets for movie nights as well as coffee for the mornings. We reached out to the host with a question about the hot tub and he responded and stopped by to make sure it was taken care of within a few hours. 10/10 recommend this house

This place is AMAZINGGG I came with a few friends for my birthday and it was so peaceful! Brian was very friendly and helpful, even with something small like the WiFi going out, he came right over and reset the router and was very friendly! I would 100% rent this place again and hope to for the summer!

Katie’s place was awesome. We were all adults and 2 teens staying here for a women’s conference nearby. The place was spacious and very beautiful and well kept. Katie was very responsive proactive in her instructions. I would just note that if you are staying with mostly adults, just keep in mind when all the beds are full there would technically be 7 people on the first floor with one bathroom. We obviously made arrangements to share since the 2 rooms upstairs were essentially in bedrooms. Not a problem at all just to take note of the layout. We would definitely stay again, my daughter said next time she wants to stay for a week when it’s warm to enjoy more of the lake. Thanks for having us !

We absolutely loved the Belvedere! The grounds and house were beautiful. It’s not far from several historic sites. Plenty of towels and blankets. Well stocked kitchen.

The Dock House was a wonderful retreat. The views are amazing! The space was clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed and right at home with Gary, Diane and sweet pup Lucy (❤️❤️❤️)! Thank you all for such a lovely stay. We’ll be back!! Amy and Mark

The views and surrounding environment was gorgeous, so peaceful, relaxing and welcoming. Everything as pictured ...top notch. Stephanie is a wonderful host and especially was so kind and was able to extended our stay after flight change from DC airport. Would definitely would come back for multiple visits and stay again. Elmer was very kind and helpful as for the home and view the photos do not do it justice we will be coming back very soon and I can not recommend it more. It felt like we were in our own resort with the river view from every window we were literally sitting right on the river the main home was spacious and the kids loved the guest house. Everything was very good bdrm, 2 baths, waterfront! Dock to fish from! love the Morning/all day room for us. We enjoyed fishing and Bird watching, Eagles and Osprey among other, I know why the call it Bird River! Will definitely stay again. Hosts were very understanding of our changing plans, quick response times!

We really enjoyed this place, and exploring Harper's Ferry and surrounding areas. The only regret I have is that I wish I would have visited when the weather and river was warmer so we could enjoy some tubing and kayaking in the area. Either way....we enjoyed the house, dinners at the big table, and a small campfire on our last night. A nice house, and quiet area.

While transitioning from York to South Carolina, I booked this beauty at the last minute to relax along with hosting my dearest friends before closing on my home and moving south. The views were spectacular! The home was pristine and very well decorated and stocked. We loved how comfortable the furniture was and really enjoyed the warmth of the gas fireplace, cooking and watching movies on the large screen TV. Josh was very responsive, especially when it snowed. He came over to shovel both drives and the sidewalk. I could not have asked for a more perfect, relaxing place to finish out my final days in York Co. Thank you for making my stay so special! I will definitely stay again when I return to visit York, PA.

What an amazing stay! My husband and I hosted our intimate family and friends wedding on the grounds and could not have imagined a more perfect day for ourselves. The hosts were beyond accommodating by allowing us to check out the area and house before our stay to begin planning our decorations, sleeping arrangements, etc. The grounds were full of beautiful nature, wildlife, and farm animals, and our guests kept saying the would love to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family/friends vacation, peaceful retreat, or small event! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent stay at Tony's home. The view is fantastic and the home is exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful time with our two kids and another couple. The hot tub was great! We did not explore the area a ton, but we went next door to the equestrian center and they were extremely accommodating to our two very curious 4 year olds. If you are into horses, I recommend giving them a call. I would recommend this home and location to anyone looking to get away.

My spouse and I stayed the night at the Creekside Cottage it was perfect for us the kitchen was clean and perfect open concept we kayaked, made a fire, roasted marshmallows, then went in and ended the evening with unsolved mysteries we look forward to staying again soon this is our New go to spot for our PA trips. Host was responsive house was very clean and comfortable, more than enough room for a couple or family. It was close to shopping and we had Cracker Barrel for dinner which I highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place. it was clean and safe with everything you could want. He was very helpful and responsive during my stay and he communicated well with anything I had a question about. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. Overall great place

We had a wedding in the area and the house was minutes from the venue. The home was very clean and well furnished. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing pool in the basement and the pond across the street was beautiful with the changing leaves as a backdrop. Time did not allow us to fish as much as we had wanted to. Gettysburg was less than 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the quaint area as well as the national military park. Check-in was easy and Shane was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

This is our second stay in this house. When we are in the area we will continue to stay here. Cindy is great to work with. She is quick to respond and takes care of things quickly as well. We experienced a snow/ice storm while there and Ralph came out to pretreat the deck, stairs and walkway for our safety.

The river house is very charming, love the nautical decor. My guest that I booked it for thought it was lovely. Peaceful area, lovely views. Deer came by in the evening. I would definitely book again the Potomac Princess river house again.

We were only there for a night. It was easy to find, easily accessible, clean, and quiet. We’d had a long day and needed a quiet place to wind down and rest. It fit the bill perfectly.

The host graciously allowed us to stay with last minute notice. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, comfy, and stocked with everything we needed. Though it was the middle of winter, we enjoyed the lovely view from the screened porch, adventures in the snow at the nearby park, and s’mores over a backyard fire.

We had a wonderful trip. The house was exactly as described. It is absolutely adorable in every way, and incredibly peaceful. The linens were so comfortable we never wanted to get up! We were looking for a private get-a-way and this was a perfect place to unplug. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean. Lisa was incredibly responsive and sweet. All around great experience.

It was a short trip to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and it was the best decision, a quiet and comfortable place.
