This is a small studio apartment - essentially one room with a full kitchen, a small living area, a bed, and a bathroom off the sleeping area - but it is clean, modern, and comfortable. Parking is directly outside, the area was quiet at this time of year, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown.

Thanks for a fantastic stay! This was a cool, unique, and cozy space in a fantastic and walkable location. Ryan is a super responsive host and was accommodating with our check-in time after our early flight, which we really appreciated. The place was easy to find and check in and out of. Great amenities, we had everything we needed and more for a comfy stay!

Great little place to stay while skiing at Schuss. Couldn’t be more convenient - Ivan’s, ticket office, and lifts just steps away. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a ski weekend. Hosts were great communicators. Thanks for a great Michigan winter weekend!

We had a great stay here and will definitely stay again when we visit Chicago again. Stephanie was responsive, her instructions were clear and everyone we talked to in the building was friendly. We were so close to everything, we walked most places and took an Uber to go further out. The home was clean, comfortable and just as described.

I had surgery at the hospital around the corner and stayed here for few days as I couldn’t climb the steps to my apartment post surgery, highly recommend. There are two steps down into the apartment that I was easily able to handle, the shower in the back of the house has grab bars, and overall the house was very accessible and easy to navigate with my walker. Would stay again!

Let me just say, the pictures don’t do this cute, cozy place justice! I’m big on hospitality and customer service, and Johana and Akos were beyond accommodating and communicative. I would dare to say this is the most accommodating place I’ve experienced so far! The space has such a good energy and flow to it — cozy, inviting, and with a beautiful sunset view from the kitchen window that you can enjoy right from the living room sofa. The views are stunning, and the building itself is upscale, clean, and even smells great! I enjoy playing some of the games that were pervaded( Uno and Jenga) and I appreciated that the TVs had all the apps, HBO, Disney, prime, Netflix etc. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only con would be some city noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s a nearby train that doesn’t pass often, and again, it wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Had a fantastic stay! The private hot tub and sauna were definitely the highlights for me! The outdoor area even has a koi pond that provides such a relaxing touch. The bed was incredibly cozy! The property had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I’d love to come back with the kiddos for a longer stay and to enjoy some lake activities. Highly recommend!

Spent two nights here while skiing at Shanty Creek. Perfect condo for our two families. Kids loved the bunks in basement and location was super close to restaurants, pool, tubing and Starbucks! Very clean and responsive host.

Clean, roomy place. Short drive to stores or walk/shuttle to resort pool/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was the golf course was closed.

Great location for skiing Schuss Mountain. The perfect place for my family of 6 (with 4 young adults). Chris was a great host providing us with additional suggestions for our stay and very responsive. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

An absolutely wonderful unit at Trout Creek...one of the best we've ever stayed at. Allen was very responsive in communicating with us and most accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed furnishings and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. Would gladly stay again.

Great location for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes area. Lots of great little towns to visit and Glen Arbor is centrally located. The condo had everything we needed and had a great view of Lake Michigan at sunset. Highly recommended!

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! My family and I had an amazing time here. I'm so glad I chose Tyler's place because it was close to the the ski resort we were going to go to celebrate my 42nd birthday. Unfortunately the ski resort decided to close for the season so while trying to figure out what to do instead we just stayed inside and enjoyed one another with all the amenities there. I even learned to grilled there and the teens were fully occupied and having a great time. If you have a very busy and sometimes stressful schedule/life this is a great place to take a break from the city to feel grounded. No complaints at all

We had a few issues with the pool and Thomas and his crew were super responsive. The house was perfect for all of us to gather together and have our own space.

The Big Drake is in on quiet lane right on the lake shore, the place is large while still feeling homey. The kitchen is well l equipped with modern appliances. The heating and AC are controlled by different Nest thermostats, and we were able to keep it at a good temperature. The three main bedrooms are very comfortable--two share an adjoining bathroom, and for one it is around the corner. The kids rooms with bunk beds were great as well. The rooms above the garage were a bit more rustic, but clean and comfortable. The furniture in the living room is very cozy leather and the other furniture is nice, often custom wood like in a fancy lodge. The check-in and check-out were super easy, with clear instructions and communications. The place is 10 minutes from a large grocery store (Meijer) and 20–30 minutes from Traverse city, which is a neat town to explore with excellent food. Overall, we highly recommend and hope we can come back!

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

We were so pleased to have found this home! The pictures are accurate, but it feels *even nicer* to stay there. The living/dining area is very comfortable, with big windows, and has inspired me to buy a new sofa... The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with high quality appliances and equipment. In case you're curious, the king bed is memory foam and the queen bed is a spring mattress. The upstairs bath/shower is chilly the way it is set up, but the basement shower is a comfortable alternative. Iulian was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay, which was very convenient and appreciated. When we arrived, it was dark and rainy, so we unloaded in the garage, but otherwise we kept our car in the driveway because you can only open the garage from inside. I hope these details are helpful for those considering a stay!

Wonderful place to stay! My fiancé and I visited the area to see our friends for the annual ski jump competition and this place couldn’t have been better. Love the privacy, location, and beautiful views. All around would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
