We absolutely loved our stay at David's cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We did a little ice fishing and checked out the area. We will definitely be back!

Amazing snow day hot tub and sauna experience! Ken was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Julia and Afton were very responsive and friendly. The house was just as described. Being right on a beautiful lake but also within walking distance to the heart of downtown is unbeatable. We traveled with our 4 kids and walked downtown to the children’s museum. We’d visit again!!

We were looking for a quiet place with enough bedrooms for several families. This place was great. It was a nice country place with a beautiful surrounding. Grandkids loved the trampoline and hot tub. The interior was clean and well taken care of. It met all our needs. There were plenty of kitchen items for us to use. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious enough for our belongings. We kept on the go quite a bit so were only there mainly in the evening but the grandkids had enough room to unwind and play once we got back home. Yes even though we didn’t live there it felt like home . We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit much since the outside temperature was in the high 80’s most of the time we were there, but there was plenty of wood and chairs available. If I were moving to Wisconsin this would be an ideal place to own. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this place. Katie and Scott were very responsive. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We stayed at Ryan's home for a college football weekend. As a group of 6 guys, there was room for everyone to spread out and the house was super clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Comfy beds and a great hot tub. The house is in a quiet walkable neighborhood in east Madison. There's a beautiful park right behind the house and lots of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. It's also really close to the airport which is convenient. Ryan shared lots of local recommendations ,which helped ensure we had a really special trip. Highly recommended!

We had a large group that wanted a private place to stay, and we found everything that we had hoped for here! We were able to go out on the lake, grill out, have a campfire, and just have a relaxing weekend outdoors. Between that and the at-home feel of the property, it made for a great weekend. Nicki was helpful throughout the entire process and we are very glad with our decision for this trip.

We had a great weekend in Madison staying at Douglas’s home. Amazing views of Lake Monona from the living room made the time at the house worth the trip. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great location and a charming house. Brett is an easy host, communicated clearly and everything was as described. I brought a dog; humans and dog loved sitting on the porch and watching the river flow by.

Comfortable home, very spacious for relaxing and entertaining. Loved the verdant backyard and lake view. Nathan was very responsive and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Granny's cottage. We went skiing at Devil's Head for the weekend and this place was the perfect place to stay! (Especially after reading the online reviews about the Devil's Head hotel/lodging...yikes!!). This place has everything you could possibly need, and then some. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a simple, peaceful, country getaway! Gretchen was very clear and upfront with her communication, and always very responsive to any questions we had. She does have a lot of "rules" but none of them are hard to follow as long as you are a semi-decent human being.

Hosts were very kind and responsive, and we loved the location! Close and walk-able to so many things, but still a quiet block with off-street parking in the driveway (if a little tight -- pull out before trying to open the side doors!!), which is a rarity in Madison! There were 4 of us, 2 slept together in one room, 1 slept in the second room, and I slept in the living room area on a roll-away fold up bed. It still felt like enough space! Really could not beat it for the price we booked it at, and we had a really great stay. Would happily book this again!

Joen and her husband were spectacular hosts! Stayed with my husband and 2 young children while I had a nearby work conference. The place was just as listed with all amenities we needed. The pool was great for the kids while I was away during the day. Plenty of space for the 4 of us to live for 3 days!

I sent my son to UW Madison and stayed for two weeks. The place is quite of good quality. The host always responds instantly.

Sally's place was amazing for my first month in Madison. It was 15 minutes away from everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. the roo. was beautiful, any issues were addressed quickly. communication was great. I loved having a maid service come by. Will definitely be staying here when I come back to Madison!

This was a great place to stay for a few weeks. Felt like a nice apartment, good for cooking. It had all the necessary kitchen equipment and other things necessary for a comfy stay. It is well located to get around Madison.
