Great location, had reservations at Norwich Inn and Spa and at Mohegan, so easy and simple to get to both.

Stayed for a family wedding and loved the accommodations! Close to family, restaurants, wineries and beaches. Dog friendly which was a huge plus. Would love to stay again.

Hope’s place is a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we needed. Hope was a wonderful host, always responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We loved our stay at Jimbo's. All the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The whole family enjoyed chilling out in the comfy sofas with a nice library in the living area. We all and in particular our dog loved the huge, green and well maintained lawn. He had so much fun with all the space to run and play! For us the greenery was very relaxing. The location is good - a 5 minute walk from the ice cream store, 12 minute walk from Crescent Beach (with the happening Sunset Beach Club), a 5 minute drive from the IGA, and a 5 minute drive from North Ferry. The furthest we had to drive was a 12 minute drive to Rams Head Point. The outdoor shower was lovely! Jimbo was very friendly and very responsive including providing some very efficient "tech support" on the dryer even though he was out of town. The issue was a confusing light on the dryer and some user error and was easily resolved on the phone. Additional towels were dropped off upon request. A pretty comprehensive set of silverware, plate settings, and kitchen utensils made it a fun and easy stay. Thank you Mary and Jimbo for sharing your house, we had precious moments there and we highly recommend it !

Ashley saved our trip to mystic Connecticut after our previous Airbnb got cancelled an hour before we were suppose to leave . Ashley is a wonderful host and has a beautiful home. She was able to accommodate us within four hours of notice. Her home is gigantic and spotless and we felt right at home. The house came with everything you would need for a weekend or a long vacation . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for one in the area. The home was secluded and all we had was peace and quiet; Which was much needed ! Also, Ashley is a very responsive person, any question I had was answered within a few minutes, and I felt like she really cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Pls come on down and visit her home , you won’t regret it !!

Stan is terrific! Flexible on both entry and exit and was very helpful with anything we needed. The place is perfect for kids, safe and fun and the hot tub was perfect for downtime at the house!

Paula's house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 7 adult females looking for a comfortable space to relax and unwind for an evening, and that's certainly what Paula's home provided. It was clean and cozy, and had a TON of sleeping space - everyone got their own bed (the pool house was an especially fun place to sleep!). While the main living space was pretty small, it was designed and laid out really well. Would definitely return - preferably in the summer when we could enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool! I had a fantastic week-long stay at this private residence. The place was as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was super convenient, making getting around and exploring the area easy. Communication with the host, AJ, was smooth and prompt, and they went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We were eight people - two families traveling with four kids total, and the home was ideal for our group. The heated pool was a highlight—perfectly sized and (upon request) kept at a comfortable temperature, even in late March. The house itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated how quickly the hosts responded whenever we had questions. The only minor drawback was that the property is located across from a fire station, and occasionally you’ll hear the siren. However, it only lasts a few seconds and didn’t bother us much at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Aimee’s house on Shelter Island was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location is serene and peaceful, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Aimee was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
