Wir waren in mehr als 25 Airbnb Unterkünften in ganz Europa, aber diese war definitiv das Highlight! Toll gelegen im Schilfgürtel des Neusiedler Sees, direkt am Wasser. Individuell, stilvoll, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet. Tolle Terrasse mit ganztägiger direkter Sonne. Kanu, StandUp und Fahrräder zur freien Benutzung verfügbar. Der Kontakt zu Bene und Nadja war herzlich und unkompliziert. Der ursprüngliche Airbnb Gedanke ist perfekt umgesetzt: eine private, nicht primär kommerzielle Unterkunft. Für wen? Perfekt für Familien oder 2 Paare. Die Lage ruhig, aber alles gut erreichbar. Perfekt für Ausflüge, chillen im und am Haus, zu allen Jahreszeiten! 100% Empfehlung! 1

Lovely long weekend at the lake! The views were gorgeous, everyone enjoyed jumping off the dock and spending the day in the water. Roman provided inflatable rings for the kids, which they enjoyed. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance (all of which had parks for the kids!). We had a car so got groceries a short drive away and could cook easily at the house. The prosecco on arrival was appreciated and Roman was available and responsive on our trip. The house was well equipped, the aircon and Netflix were great to help the kids unwind after a long day. The beds were quite hard (not my preference) but I know everyone is different and lots of pillows and blankets if its a bit cooler, especially on the deck in the evening. Would definitely recommend for a short break.

Marcus kommuniziert super schnell und ist gut erreichbar! Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und die Küche ist super ausgestattet! Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Alexander's wunderschönem und sehr exquisiten Ferienhaus am Neusiedler See sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig errichtet und ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen. In der unteren Ebene, mit direktem Zugang zu einer großzügigen Terrasse und privatem Seezugang, befindet sich eine große und gemütliche offene Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Im Obergeschoss gibt es 3 separate Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer sowie ein WC. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das ganze Haus ist sehr stylisch, großteils mit Designermöbeln, eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben auch den Grill auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Betreuung von Salam war freundlich, prompt und sehr professionell. Alles in allem war es ein toller Kurzurlaub und wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

We were traveling by car, so no problem to get to Wiena. By train it should be also easy. Location is clean, quiet and spacey, so perfect for us. Nice river view. During winter time, when all windows are closed, train noise is not a problem. Heating, during light winter, was a bit not efficient, something like 17-18C, so we used electrical heater from time to time as extra support. Kitchen well equiped.

The place was so clean and comfortable. The location was great and private but still very close to everything. The room was worth what we paid we had a really great time. Everything was provided, blankets, towels, basic things. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Nous avons été très contents de séjourner chez Caroline. C était dans le cadre du marathon. Le logement est à 500 m du départ. Le centre de Vienne est accessible facilement, dans notre cas, avec le métro. Nous sommes restés presque 5 jours. Nous étions deux. L appartement est très sympathique, fonctionnel, il ne manque rien (linge, produits de base etc). Le tout est très bien insonorisé. Caroline répond très vite, est très aidante. Il n y a rien de négatif, pas de mauvaise surprise ! Séjour parfait.

The apartment had everything we needed, was nice and clean, and located in peaceful area. We only stayed there one night but would be happy to stay longer next time!

The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. It was beautiful, very clean and modern apartment. I really liked the view and the balcony. It is a great location very close to everything you need. I would definitely book again.

We spent a beautiful winter weekend with friends there. We were welcomed by the hosts, who had already lit the fireplace for us and answered all our questions. They had even stocked the fridge for us with some beverages. The house was just as described and very well equipped they included a spice cabinet in the kitchen and provided coffee capsules. We loved spending the time there hiking through the beautiful snowy landscape, reading in front of the cozy fireplace and relaxing in the sauna. It was the perfect weekend!

Martin byl od začátku až do konce moc fajn. Ochotný a přívětivý. Dokonce nás pozval do sklípku na degustační a parádně jsme pokecali. Ubytovaní bylo zcela dle očekávání. Pro početnější rodinu/partu zcela ideální. Rozhodně doporučuji 🙌

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It was perfect for our small family — myself, my wife, and our little one. The place was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet yet convenient, and we really appreciated how child-friendly everything was. Our host was welcoming and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

very nicely situated in a small village outside of melk. 715 bus to Krems is also worth doing.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávanie. Pekne prostredie.

Es war perfekt und wunderschön für unseren 3er Mädlstrip. Wir haben unsere Zeit damit verbracht zu puzzlen, Musik zu hören, Filme zu schauen, in der Jacuzzi zu sitzen und die Natur zu genießen und zu fotografieren. In Echt sieht die Unterkunft noch 100x schöner aus, als auf den Fotos. Von der Natur und der Umgebung will ich gar nicht erst reden - für Hobbyfotografen eine 10/10. Ich habe so wunderschöne Fotos mit meiner neuen Kamera gemacht! Die Heizung war ausgefallen (?) und Loredana hat gleich einen Heizungstechniker organisiert, der es am nächsten Tag wieder hergerichtet hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
