Lake Nicaragua : locations de vacances en maison d'hôtes

If you come to Managua you must stay here! Waleska and her parents are super friendly and overall great people. They recommend great places to eat and sights to see. On top of that the house is located in a fantastic spot that is close to many bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. In addition to that, it is a super safe area where you can walk around at night with no worries. We will definitely be staying with them when we come back to Nicaragua.

Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo fermati una settimana e ci siamo innamorati di Playa Santana e della realtà a casa di Jon! Il mare è a solo due passi da casa quindi ci si addormenta al suono delle onde. La spiaggia lunga offre tramonti incredibili e cieli stellati magnifici. Per praticare surf si può andare a piedi lungo la spiaggia fino a Beginners Bay. Jon è un host accogliente, simpatico e attento ai tuoi bisogni, un ottimo anfitrione! I enjoy my stay, the place is very quiet and peaceful, the 1 bedroom Cottage was perfect for a couple, I would definitely stay here again, Greg an Geidy were very helpful and allowed me to check is super late due to a flight delay, I hope next time I show up much earlier than that. Thank you both for the hospitality

We had a great stay at Finca Montania Sagrada! The view was so breathtaking that we decided to stay in a two separate beds room and not change to the one kind size bed cottage even if in our honeymoon :) The little cottage came with some wild life included (You’re in nature so expect spiders, mosquitoes, ants and lizards, but nothing we couldn’t handle PLUS one thing I loved about the place is that it has mosquitoes nets that are fresh, very clean, I really loved that! Could use them and enjoy the nicer scent - thank you 🙏🏻) and a cat 🐈 that made our stay even more pleasant ( can ask for food for the kitty from the kitchen that prepares the morning breakfast). The morning breakfast is simple but everything is delicious and fresh. The lady serving it is very attentive and makes fresh bread there. We had a great time feeding the horses, admiring the birds, and just chilling on the hammock. There are 2 restaurants, one v close El Imperio- delicious Happy with our choice.

This is a nice safe neighborhood, quite neighbors and a big apartment. Kitchen has some nice amenities and it is easy to come and go with nice privacy

Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Pazifik sehr beeindruckend. Donaldo war auch anwesend und hat uns ein paar Super-Tipps für Vulkanbesichtigungen gegeben. Der Ort ist touristisch noch ein unentdecktes Juwel und trotzdem fanden wir gute Restaurants mit außergewöhnlich freundlichen Menschen. Wir warten zwwar nicht surfen, der Ort ist aber gerade für Surfer ein genialer Spot.

Great stay. Maria is a great host,friendly, and makes you feel right at home. Room was big and very comfortable bed with an outside sitting area. We'll equipped kitchen and super quiet at night!

Sehr schönes kleines Hostel auf dem Hügel über Gigante. Fantastischer Blick auf die beiden Strände von Gigante. Es gibt viele Hängematten. Direkter Abstieg zum Surfstrand. Laura ist super freundlich und schafft in ihrem 2025 neu eröffnetem Hostel eine offene freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Betten und Matratzen im Vierer Dorm sind super. Jedes Bett hat ein eigenes Moskitonetz, saubere Bettwäsche, Laken und sogar ein frisches Handtuch. Die Selbstversorgerküche hat alles Notwendige. In der Nähe gibt es Restos. Der kurze letzte Aufstieg von der Strasse zum Hostel ist etwas steil und aktuell (März 2025) nicht wirklich für Rollkoffer gedacht. Insgesamt ein Traum und ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Eine wunderschöne und ruhige, gleichzeitig sehr zentral gelegene Oase mitten in der Stadt. Ein echtes Idyll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Charlotte ist eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie und ihr Team haben uns in allen Belangen super weitergeholfen und uns schließlich sogar noch zum Busbahnhof gefahren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Amazing place, amazing attention I'm nicaraguan and this is by far the best place to stay in Granada. Evelyng and Eddy were so nice with us. Also the vehicle was safe all the time they have private garage.

It has been the second time at Jame’s place and once again everything was amazing! Staff working there amazing, friendly and always available to help. Stronfly reccomended!!! Hacienda Iguana is a gem!!!!

Perfect. The casita is new, equipped to a high standard, private (totally separate from the house), and also tastefully designed. It is evident that the owner has invested a lot to provide the guests with as good an atmosphere as possible. There is a water purification system and an independent solar system (so no power outages - not trivial at all in Nicaragua) . The location is also good - central and allows you to walk a short distance to anywhere in the iguana complex. Highly recommended

Todo excelente, creería que es una de las mejores opciones que hay en Colorado si es que viajas solo ó en pareja. La casa está super bien ubicada, a 3 minutos del club house y también de los restaurantes. Ignacio nos atendió super bien y estuvo atento ante cualquier duda.
