Lake Nicaragua : locations de maisons de vacances

Un lugar espectacular, limpio, amplio, súper cómodo, con una piscina súper increíble que contaba con un bar del cual mi familia y mis amigos disfrutamos. El anfitrión fue una persona muy flexible con el tema del check in y check out, este lugar es uno de esos lugares que no quieres dejar. Excelente atención y muy buen servicio. Les doy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

La casa es igual a las fotos, todo limpio, cómodo, regresaría sin dudarlo.

La propiedad es completamente privada, segura y tranquila. Para nosotros fue importante no coincidir con los otros huéspedes de la otra cabina, no tuvimos que compartir la piscina, los niños pudieron usarla a cualquier hora... estaba equipada realmente con todo lo necesario y estuvimos muy cómodos. De las playas cercanas que visitamos, definitivamente playa Rajada fue nuestra favorita.

As others have said - even better than the photos! The pool is entirely private and its lovely floating at night watching the stars as well as fantastic to jump in at any moment during hot days. There were few mosquitos despite the common rooms being open to fresh air. It being managed by the hotel behind means there is ALWAYS someone to help and respond, and also its possible to book trips really easily - the prices are the same as others charge, for example taxi to Laguna de Apoyo or the airport, which is very convenient. We were allowed both to check out a half an hour late and drop bags off early which was well appreciated. Two things to note - there is not a hammock but there are hammock hooks, and it is about ten min walk to the center of town, 20 to the lake - which makes it nice and quiet, especially as its down a cul de sac.

From the very beginning, Clare and Sacha made us feel so welcome in their space. When we walked in the door, all of us did a collective gasp. The love and attention that went into building the space is so obvious. The huts are beautifully designed, and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and we loved swimming and rinsing in the outdoor shower. The location was great to walk to the beach. They recommended us lots of great local transportation and food options. The breakfast that their staff cooked was delicious. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

A spacious and private space for our family during our days in Grenada. Includes breakfast and access to the larger hotel pool in addition to the private plunge pool. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. We loved hearing the church bells chiming the hours and the lovely private courtyard. As others have noted, you are located in a residential area so you can expect to hear roosters crowing, dogs barking, and noise from local gatherings — especially from the more open second floor room. Lovely view of the church from the top floor, and some peaceful afternoons to enjoy by the hotel pool. The central plaza is within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay!

If you want to enjoy a stay in San Juan with all the comforts and complete privacy with your family or friends, this is the perfect place; great communication and fast service. I'll return to this house next year in San Juan. Thanks, Ivan!!

Geraldine’s place was great! my family and I felt right at home. The room were not only clean but spacious with their individual a/c’s.

I stayed 12 days at Casa Crickmar. The private pool was amazing, customer service was terrific, and the location was unbeatable.

I enjoyed my stay here! Convenient location and the fans worked great at night so the heat wasn't a deal breaker. the patio and we'll equipped kitchen were a big plus

The house was private and comfortable with beautiful surroundings in nature yet close to restaurants and beaches. The best combination of everything.

The outdoor kitchen and living area were the heart of the home, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The location was absolutely perfect—we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents, which we truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable and fun getaway, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful and cozy home in Las Salinas for 3 days. Three adults and a 3 year old toddler. The home is tastefully decorated with modern and rustic design with touches of native elements. Loved the local blue tile and local wood furniture. Comfy beds, linens & blankets. The A/C & water pressure was great. Filtered drinking water & basic cooking utensils are provided. Plenty of games to play with family or friends. A groundskeeper and or security guard is always on site and the property is gated. The home is close to the main paved road but there is a short drive on a dirt road. SUV recommended and 4x4 during rainy season. Zivile was great with communication prior to and during our stay. She made it a point to greet & welcome us to the home. The home was spacious and very well maintained. Overall great!

We, 3 adults and 2 kids (2 and 6 yrs old) stayed at Casa del Arte for 1 month. We had a fantastic time, the space was comfortable for adults and kids, well set-up for a longer stay, and a great location for Playa Maderas. The house is located on top of a hill within a small, quiet community (two other multi-unit buildings). It was an easy 3 minute drive down to Playa Maderas, or an easy 10 min walk downhill. The view was beautiful with stunning sunsets, we loved seeing the birds and hearing the howler monkeys in the mornings. One thing to note is that there is a unit below and a unit above so there can be noise from the upstairs unit if someone is renting it. The roads to/from the house and Playa Maderas are dirt, bumpy, and under construction so if you are not comfortable with these conditions for sure rent a 4x4. We are comfortable driving in these conditions and had no issues with our rented SUV (dry season). Overall an excellent place to stay at Playa Maderas!

An amazing listing, our group has probably used this place 8-12 times over the past two years, highly recommend due to its location, cleanliness and affordability. It has everything you need and the pool is perfect to cool off in the humid Granada!

The house is overall great, but the layout is a bit unusual—you have to leave your room and go downstairs to use the outside bathroom, which isn’t ideal at night. Two days before checkout, a housekeeper came to tidy up the outdoor area for a few hours. While she respected my request to leave the indoor space alone, it felt a bit invasive for a week-long stay. Some guests might appreciate the gesture, but I prefer more privacy. No drinking water was provided, so we had to buy some right after arriving—not a big deal, but it would’ve been a nice touch. On the plus side, Brant and Khadine were very responsive. On day one, I mentioned that branches were scraping against the room and making it hard to sleep—they had a gardener come quickly to trim them, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic: steps from the beach and a 20–30 min walk to surf breaks. Two lovely cats add a sweet touch. Other "wins" = comfy beds, great hammocks, and a blender for smoothies :)

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

Notre séjour chez Maryse était très agréable,le logement bien situé ,beaucoup d.espaces ombragés,ainsi que des jeux et de beaux hamacs pour se reposer . Les plages à proximité sont magnifiques et plusieurs bons restaurants L’acceuil et les conseils de nos hôtes👏

great place to enjoy, nice pool, great for bbq and a pleasant and cozy getaway. not too far from the beach, san juan del Sur itself is an interesting place to hang out, restaurants, night life, and the beach itself. you have everything you need to enjoy it from this beautiful house.

El lugar fue increíble. Muy buena atención por parte del host, todas las dudas y peticiones nos fueron atendidas. La parrilla que tienen es con gas así que no es necesario llevar carbón, la piscina estaba algo sucia en un inicio pero la limpiaron en cuanto avisamos. La habitación principal tiene una vista hacia al mar 10/10.
