Bella’s place was absolutely beautiful — we stayed for a week and felt right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Beginner’s Bay, an ideal spot for surfing, and conveniently next door to The Salty Koala, a cozy and welcoming restaurant where we ended up grabbing late-night bites more than once. The space itself is stylish, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Petrona who had a contagious smile and was super helpful with upkeep during our stay. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year! One thing to note for remote workers: the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times and there were a few short power cuts during our stay. It didn’t impact our vacation, but something to keep in mind if you need a super reliable connection. Otherwise, it’s an A+++ stay.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in Casa Twin Fins ! We hebben ons verblijf zelf met 5 nachten verlengd. Perfect huisje direct aan de zee. Heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en ligt op loopafstand van de supermarkten en een aantal restaurants. De tips die we opgestuurd kregen hebben we zeker gebruik van gemaakt. Als we nog een keer naar Popoyo gaan boeken we hier zeker weer :)

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

Casa buena vista, disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia con un personal de atención muy amable, la casa cuenta con un concepto muy acogedor con una excelente vista de la bahía de San Juan del sur. Solo agregaría que sería bueno instalar algún tipo de luminaria más para el área de la piscina. ¡Todo súper! :)

From the moment I checked in Anjelica, the house keeper made me feel right at home. Waking up to quiet mornings in the capital is truly special before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. The mature garden that surrounds the pool provide a sanctuary for many birds including the National bird. It also provides a lot of shade for the afternoon when it’s the hottest. It was so convenient to be able to walk over to a wonderful coffee shop that also has a great cafe with nice food options. There is a very nice upscale Italian restaurant right beside the house. They also will deliver. Great service! There is also a farmers market across the street. The location could not be better! The kitchen is well equipped if you decide not to eat out. The house itself is constructed very well and stays cool and comfortable without using AC. Fans are handy for those not wanting to use AC. The home has a lot of natural light! Much better than any hotel stay I’ve had in Managua. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

Amazing the experience staying on Katie’s Villa, the views were unique and immaculate vibes. Spacious villa with high roof. They are the fastest replying host I have ever got, Also ask for Dennys he will help you get setup you up for anything you need in town awesome and friendly local. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay in this house. It is stunning, the living area was great and we loved the pool. It was an easy walk to amazing surf, but golf carts were fun too. The property managers were really helpful, they booked a chef for us and all our surfboards rentals etc. There is also yoga, pickle ball, golf and volleyball at the beach club, lots to do here. We would 100% come back.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

The house is amazing! It is very clean, peaceful, private and has beautiful surroundings! The infinity pool is unbelievable with a breathtaking view! This is our second visit to the monkey house! Yubran the caretaker of the house is an excellent chef! He cooked our dinner two nights during our stay! Thank you for sharing your house we love it! ❤️

We really enjoyed our experience. This was a last minute booking and Anita was so very responsive and helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and the pool was very refreshing after time touring the city. WiFi worked great and was speedy. We had only one issue locating the place, but seemed to be from a bad google map link. Anita was on top of teh issue and we got it corrected quickly. Great host response the entire stay.

Beautiful home and so close to the beach. Adam was responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Shoutout to Jarol too who was very attentive during our stay. 10/10 would recommend this home!

Pablo’s place has a beautiful view and place is spotless and spacious. For my listing I put down 14 guest and even though we had that many people there was more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and do their thing. The person in charge of taking care of the house is Santiago, he is super friendly/reliable and fast to help guests with anything during the stay. (I hope Pablo takes good care of him!!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone and stay here again if I visit San Juan del Sur again.

Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.

My husband I absolutely love this place! This is the second time staying at one of the houses on the property and always a joy to be there. Beautiful grounds with lots of trees and plants, my dog was happy roaming free enjoying the nature. The property manager is always responsive, helpful and very kind. We will continue to stay here anytime we need a home away from home in Managua.
