Exactly as described. great location. 10 - 20 minute walk to many bars, restaurants, Spectrum, etc.

We were in Charlotte for the Seinfeld and Gaffigan show. Wanda’s place was the perfect location - easy walk to restaurants and the stadium, parking for was a cinch, and the place was the perfect amount of space for 3 couples. We would definitely stay here again!

My new favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter at school in Davidson. The setting is peaceful and there are water activities provided right outside the door. Lore was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Place was very nice and easy to find. My daughter and I traveled alone and I felt very safe. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was spacious, close to everything and very quiet. We had a great stay and definitely will book it again.

Staying here was truly a pleasure! The Airbnb is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything nearby. What made the experience even better was how warm, helpful, and approachable the hosts were. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, which made me feel right at home. I genuinely appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

We spent five nights in Jac’s nice apartment for conference. This place provided exactly what we needed, very walkable to restaurants and the conference center. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially when lights are on. There is also a Harris Teeter that’s three minutes away. The host was super responsive and very detail oriented, and provided a ton of information to us throughout our stay.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

Jodi’s place was perfect for what I needed. I worked during the day and also like to cook some of my own meals when away from home. She provided all the little convenience things we have at ease in our own homes that u wouldn’t necessarily get in a hotel. Her description was on point and there were no unpleasant surprises. She was extremely responsive and able to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was being a pest by asking. And also availed the unit to me earlier than the posted check in time. The only downfall for me (this is personal to me and cannot be changed) is the road is a dead end connecting to a busy, trafficked road. I like getting up early and going for walks but didn’t bc I didn’t feel I had the runway to do that in a safe way.

Jasmina’s place is beautiful and comfortable. I love the little back porch facing out to the woods, beautiful way to start the day. Hope to come back one day!

Great stay, would do it again.

We enjoyed our stay. Robins place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We had a little issue with WiFi and Robin was right on it to get it resolved. We will be staying here again in the future

Danielle was a wonderful host, so personable, always very responsive, and just wonderful to chat with in general. my dog loved the little pond here so much, it was a great spot for her to swim and play fetch in!

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, peaceful, and well decorated. The provided excellent accommodations and complimentary items. Communication was quick, precise, and on point ! Very great location, close to everything; restaurants, fast foods, grocery/department stores, and also had a mall nearby. Didn’t take us long to get around the city as we were in a great central location. I definitely recommend for your next stay; this place I will surely book again when I visit Charlotte !

Ellen & JD were fantastic hosts. Their home was cute, well maintained and spotless. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the morning with our coffee listening to the birds and watching the squirrels. They had all their instructions very clearly laid out. A folder with some local activities and restaurant brochures was laid out for us to use. Water pressure was great in the shower, which we appreciated. The bed was comfy and we were very comfortable in their home. Ellen even saw that we enjoyed coffee, in our profile, and made sure a coffee pot and accessories were available for us. For us, the location was perfect! Just 3 miles to visit family. We now have a beautiful, peaceful place to stay when we come for visits and we look forward to our next one.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for us. Communicating with Christ was very good, he responded quickly and was very helpful. The elevator closer to the unit was not working, so we had to walk a little further to use another elevator. Other than that, everything else went well.

It was such a pleasure staying here. The moment I reserved, I had communication from the host. The instructions booklet provided in the home was very organized and made things so simple. The place was immaculate. Leading me to believe it could’ve even been built yesterday. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook. The fire pit and hot tub was a nice touch and definitely use those amenities. The Wi-Fi worked great all the way out to the lake where I sat to get work done. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and the neighbors were quiet . The bathroom towels were thick and large, and there were separate towels for the hot tub . The shower was spacious and enjoyed the provided soaps. It was definitely worth the value and will recommend and stay here again!

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. This place is literally a hidden gem! The decor is so cozy & inviting. Everything was spotless. Better than photos and description. Will definitely book again if in the area!
