This guest house on Lake Norman is beautiful! My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, and will continue coming back. It is so peaceful to drink a cup of coffee or read a good book while sitting right by the lake! The house is always clean, and we love being able to walk down and sit on the dock. We brought our mountain bikes this time and rode some nice trails at Lake Norman State Park. Tom is a great host, and is always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this place!

James was very helpful and responsive to my questions! The home is adorable and right on the water. Walking distance to kayaks and paddle boards. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay if you want to get away from the city for a little bit! Very cosy and tidy, everything is extremely clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking in the grill the most! Beautiful location and lots of animals to spend time with! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

Shannon was amazing. I rented for the whole month of May so as soon as I got there, she met me and walked me through the whole cabin and answered any question I may have had. The cabin had everything you could ever need in a home. The location was in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. Shannon and I were like immediate friends. We discussed our love of nutrition and we even made sourdough together. All around wonderful experience. I would stay again and definitely recommend her place.

This was our first stay in a tiny home and it was everything and even more than we expected! The location is stunning. We walked in late at night to glowing string lights guiding us to our house. Inside, all the lights were dimmed, making it a warm welcome. The inside felt so spacious because of the vaulted ceilings. My son loved his lofted sleeping space. Our primary bedroom also had a vaulted ceiling and an extremely comfortable bed with pristine white sheets, quilted blanket and a luxuriously heavy duvet. We slept so well. In the morning, to be surrounded by trees and green was so soothing. It just felt so good. So peaceful. So relaxing. Jason and Larry are the friendliest and most generous of hosts. We were able to tour the property and see the flower beds, fruit bushes and trees, bee hives, greenhouse, pond, chickens and baby chicks! Really more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. Thank you to The Whitfield, Jason and Larry! We loved it!

Sooo many good things to say but not enough space :) When we arrived we loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Upon entering Niveditas place, it was extremely clean, very welcoming as if you are entering you're very own apartment or small home. It was very well kept, free of clutter and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay (kitchen utensils, washing machines, hair dryer, comfy sofa, many channels available on the T.V., etc). The small porch in the back was a lovely touch. A great spot to watch the sunset or sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. Nivedita was always responsive, respectful and extremely kind! Thank you once again for your hospitality and good vibes! Can't beat the price for what this place offers. Will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Danyelle's Tiny House for a quick family getaway! The house was exactly as expected and lovely. Our kids favorites: The loft! The reclining sofa for family movie night, the kayaks. Our favorites: Everything we needed in the kitchen, relaxing on the porch overlooking the lake, watching our kids have a blast :) The perfect tiny home experience :) Would absolutely recommend.

Such a beautiful place! Something about it just had the right vibe--peaceful, cozy, comfortable and inviting. I spent the first day here on a solo-cation with my dog. Loved having coffee on the patio, curling up with a book on the comfy couch, and trying a new recipe for dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The second day I had my family over and they had a great time. The place isn't huge, but somehow felt spacious, open and accommodating for everyone. Loved the ample seating outside and we had a great time around the fire pit. Bathroom was pristine and beds were super clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely rent this place again in the future:)

Abby was a perfect host , everything was how it was shown in pictures and described by Abby . Absolutely loved this place , perfect for all stores etc and fast food places, really quiet area with such a comfortable house . Hopefully get to stay again when working in the area .. thank you

Very nice spot, we didn’t spend a lot of time there so didn’t have a chance to take advantage of any of the amenities. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

this was one of the best stays I've had with air b&b! the home was just as described and pictured. Kalynn is a kind and considerate host! there was everything you would need for a long stay, plus additional goodies that were above and beyond. there was plenty of toilet paper, and other necessary products, but also feminine hygiene products, razors, kleenex, hand sanitizer, ect. while they are small details, I was very grateful for all of the consideration. this place truly feels like home. super comfortable beds and couch. I also felt very safe, which has been an issue in my past experiences. I had zero concerns with safety mostly because of the area, but also the door cameras with a guarantee that they actually save and record any activity. this was also the first time a host hasn't requested any check out tasks, which was very refreshing. while I still cleaned up after myself, I felt like I was truly getting my money's worth. I couldn't recommend this home more!

Great little place for an overnight stay with my kiddos. Playground was nearby and neighborhood was very cute. Great area - a lot of food options, lively. Literally off the highway so it can get noisy but we sleep with white noise machines so it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely book again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location and views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. Although I was on a business trip, the serene surroundings and picturesque scenery was stunning. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat. I can't wait to return!

Karen’s home is beautiful! The pictures didn’t compare to how amazing the home looks in person. The back yard is private and has everything you could need in a getaway. The hot tub was great. Karen has offered a lot of options with things to do while you’re at her Airbnb. There is a projector screen on the back patio with multiple chairs to enjoy a movie outside and Karen even offers heated blankets for when it’s cold! All around we loved our stay at carol’s cottage and will definitely be planning to come back. Karen was respectful, reasonable & attentive as our host. I would recommend to anybody to come stay here. It’s worth the trip!

this cottage was everything !!!!! we were so obsessed with the decor & the layout, it was beyond perfect :) Teri & her husband were so sweet and helpful + Chloe was adorable!! the fresh bread upon arrival was such a treat too like they really outdid themselves with hosting. thank u again for being available & housing my roommate & i this past weekend! loved it!

We were passing through the area on a camping trip and decided at the last minute that we wanted a night of comfort. Ron's place was more than we could have asked for. Comfortable, inviting, and unique, with clear entry instructions and a private driveway to leave our bikes on our vehicle overnight. Ron was great at communication, responding in about five minutes to our rental request, and had the place ready for us in about a half hour! Comfortable mattress in the master suite, and all the amenities we could want. I will definitely make my way back to Ron's in the future!

Well designed space close to downtown Charlotte where I needed to be. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty to do, see, eat, etc…The Kube was comfy and had plenty of natural light, everything you needed and nothing you don’t. Would definitely stay again.

This is truly a 5 star experience, from the comfortable mattresses to the luxury coffee bar, to the fabulous shower and lovely kitchen! There was an abundance of very hot water, privacy shades on every window, and a very comfortable couch which is directly across from a large TV on which you can use your Apple or FireTV. Internet speed is also good. The luxury touches like the plush bathrobes, and spa amenities with the jet tub are also lovely. Everything was squeaky clean! Lastly, the backyard is beautifully landscaped and has 2 separate seating areas with a fire pit.

Everything went great! I’m a sucker for tiny houses and this house was awesome!
