We chose this place to stay because of the close proximity to our family members home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and very inviting. We had others staying above us, and didn’t even know they were there. The hosts promptly accommodated a last minute change with us removing two guests. We have already shared the listing with friends who will be in the area soon. Thanks for the great stay.

What can i say about Ms Caroline!. Absolutely fantastic host. She was able to work with me on my stay as I needed to extend for a longer time frame than initially anticipated. The apartment is in immaculate shape, well appointed and basically everything one could need for an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ms Caroline as a host and when work brings me back to Morganton she will be my first call.

Very accessible & perfect for our needs. All one level. Ramp to the back & shopping cart provided for easy loading & unloading. Very spacious for both of us. Loved the big TV, cute fireplace heater & well-stocked kitchen. Roomy shower. Just bring your clothes & food/drinks. Would love to claim it for future visits to my former hometown!

Absolutely perfect. Cozy downtown apartment feel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the burger shop downstairs was so delicious for a diner feel. We walked around everywhere and there was so much to do! We felt safe and the place was absolutely beautiful and had little local elements which were so charming. No complaints about anything! A word of warning- the autumn forest puzzle in the apartment is SO HARD and that’s coming from a seasoned puzzler. I had to give up :’( Thank you so much for having us!

Cathy's home is so lovely, inviting and comfortable. It is decorated impeccably and very well stocked (kitchen, bathroom). Nice touches like extra blankets in the bedrooms and living room. My husband said this was one of his favorite Airbnbs (and we stay in them often); so much so that he wondered if we could rent longer term if we are back in the area for an extended time. Cathy went above and beyond as a host and we would most certainly stay again.

The house was nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils to cook meals.

We were in town to visit a friend and just needed a place to sleep. The home was clean, comfortable and all we could ask for with a very moderate price. I would not recommend for a vacation destination but for business, visiting family etc. it was quite nice.

We had the most peaceful stay. My husband and I were there for work. I am also finishing my bachelor’s degree. Having the extra den/ bedroom was perfect for that. I bring my on portable desk so the private space was exactly what I needed. The entire place is was well equipped for all our needs. We highly recommend and hope to get to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything! You both were amazing hosts!

Cozy, quite and perfect for our little getaway.

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

My stay at Darryl’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. Darryl was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay.

Our stay was amazing, if you're looking for a spot in the NoDa area, I cannot suggest this place enough. The area can get busy and a bit loud on weekends, so keep that in mind, but that was clearly explained in the listing. 10/10 would visit again.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
