Lori's place is the perfect staycation from Longview. The cabin is just as described and so inviting! The towels were so soft and I never knew I needed a toilet seat warmer until now. The hot tub area was super clean and felt really private. There are plenty of activities to do on site. I enjoyed feeding the ducks and walking around the pond. Too many great little extra bonuses to mention! Lori and Kyndall were very friendly and gave great instructions. I am hoping to come back soon with my dog and fiance.

The cabin was beautiful, restful, and exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The esthetic was amazing, and the amenities were awesome! Couldn’t recommend this spot more.

Willow’s Cabin was a delightful experience. From the peace and quiet to the personal tour of the sanctuary (thank you Kiara and Jason), this will be a stay to remember. Go ahead, explore the neighboring historical towns, lakes, and trails, but leave plenty of hot tub soaking time-It’s “to live for.” See ya’ll on the return trek.

Such a beautiful place! My husband and I originally planning only 3 nights, but we enjoying ourselves so much , we reached out to Kaitlyn and she was happy to extend our stay. If you are looking to unwind this is definitely the place for you!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was blown away by how accommodating the hosts were. They were friendly and checked in on us since we had to drive across Texas. I will be recommending their booking to all of my friends and family. The cabin was perfect and I enjoyed saying hi to their ouos every morning.

I loved staying at Cary & Debby’s place. They have a beautiful property with some really friendly dogs. They were responsive and respectable. Thanks for letting me stay there.

We loved this place as it’s right around the corner from Enoch Stomp. Everything was very clean, bed was comfy, nice heated toilet seat (it was cold the night we stayed). We attended a Valentines dinner at Enoch and loved not having to drive to Jefferson after a night of drinking wine.

First time visiting Jefferson! Loved how the place was super close to everything but yet tucked away in the woods and had the water right behind the cabin! Definitely would recommend this place to others!

The place was very peaceful, tucked in from the main road giving you the private feeling. The home was very clean, felt new, and had all the amenities we needed. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the fire pit and lake view outside. There are a couple kayaks available on-site but we did not use them as it was too cold outside. The host Evolve was great with instructions and accommodation and very responsive. I defiantly recommend this place and will consider this place again when in the area.

Our family had an AMAZING time here. Positives- entertaining for all ages, all the fun is right outside your door, you can watch everyone from the rocking chair on the front porch, the people are so nice and accommodating, and the cabin was comfortable. We grilled burgers outside the cabin while watching the rest of the family playing in the water and fishing. Things helpful to know- the cabin is very small, but we spent most of outdoors, so it was totally fine! We brought games for bad weather. Debbie left some breakfast items for us in the freezer and on the table basket, which was a nice touch. The fridge is not large, so bring a cooler full of ice to keep additional items. Upon arrival, I was expecting to be on a lake, but it felt like more of a very large pond. The location is not on Lake of the Pines (about 10 minutes away). I didn't realize the price increases $35/person/night, so that was a surprise when we booked. Be sure to take charcoal and lighter fluid if you plan to use the grill. Bring your own towels. Overall, our family felt like it was worth it- loads of fun for the whole family. From AirBnb, it's hard to see all you get...go to their web site to see all the activities and more pictures. Our family hopes to go back at some point to enjoy another weekend of fun and laughter together. No one was bored at all over the weekend. My 10 y/o daughter asked if we could stay 4 more days. This place is much more than just a place to stay- it's all the entertainment you'll need!

Great location if you are going to BMRA. It is right across the Hwy. Nice cabins with everything you need for a weekend stay.

GREAT LOCATION UNDER PINE TREES ON A QUIET SPOT ON CADDO LAKE. PERFECT FOR KAYAKING RIGHT FROM THE PROPERTY INTO A SLEEPY RIVERLET THAT MERGES INTO STUMPY LAKE OR BIG CYPRESS. WE PLAN ON GOING BACK!

Our stay at the Old Cypress River House was exceptionally pleasant and enjoyable! The pictures do not do it justice. Everthing we could want was there. The house is lovely, warm, comfortable, nicely decorated and right on the Bayou, where the fish were jumping even at 10:30 at night! We highly recommend this place for a family outing where you will enjoy sitting on the deck watching the peaceful bayou and the moon rise and the sunset, kayaking, fishing, and cooking smores at the fire pit. You will feel right at home immediately in this lovely and obviously loved home.
