Courtney and Shane's place is beautifully decorated and the location is great. The only thing I would suggest is having access to life jackets for the kayaks. We weren't able to use them and it was one of the things that stood out as a reason for us booking.

Chaddley's place was amazing and we caught 2 fishes in the pond, we had issues with wifi credentials but got fixed. Host was very responsive. I definitely recommend to my friends.

We had a great stay here! Lots of outdoor places to sit and enjoy the lake views! My son fished off the boat dock and caught a large bass within the first 5 minutes! Had everything we needed to cook a few meals, but we also enjoyed going to town and shopping antique stores and going to Jackson's Theater for dinner and drinks! We will be back soon for sure!

Overall, it was a nice stay with comfy beds, room to hang out, visit and enjoy your company. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the kayak or paddle boards, but the lake was beautiful from the deck. This is a perfect place for summer and lake lovers.

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute. Kids had a blast. Wayne was very responsive and helpful. So glad we chose to spend our weekend here.

Scott provided a great experience for my family of four. The house had everything that we needed. It was our first experience in a tiny home, and Scott did a great job on maximizing the space with all of the necessities. The dock was a plus, since our main goal was to fish. We got bass while we were out there and really enjoyed our time out there. The neighborhood leading up to his place wasn’t the greatest, but once you reach his house, it has a beautiful view of the lake. His properties are well kept. Scott was very attentive when we reached out to him, responding well within 10 minutes. I will definitely be a returning guest if I choose to come back out this way.

The stay was peaceful and so enjoyable. Beautiful view out large den window! The bed was VERY comfortable, and all the amenities you need are supplied. Lauree is one of a kind, though!! To allow us to bring our dogs at no extra cost, was beyond amazing! It was a fun and relaxing vacation! We would recommend this property to anyone!❤️

Erica’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location - right on the lake! My family and I enjoyed walking along the shore looking for seashells and playing in the water. Nice sandy bottom. It was nice to sit out by the fire and make s’mores. Inside is nice and clean. Spacious enough for our family of 5. Approximately 30 minutes from downtown Jefferson, Caddo Lake (we took a boat tour leaving out of Uncertain, TX), and Longview. Erica’s very responsive. We had some difficulties getting the fire table started on our first night and she sent her neighbor to help us the following morning (I didn’t message her about the fire table until 10pm the night before so I appreciated her getting someone out to help us so quickly). Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay, Erica!
