The location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, offering a serene escape while still conveniently situated. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—if not even better in person! It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Eatonton!

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

We could not have asked for a better house to stay at while visiting Milledgeville! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, warm, and has elements for everyone. Whether you want to go on a little walk around the lake on the property, play games in the basement, watch a movie in the family room, or enjoy the sunset on the porch, this house had it all! What we really loved was that the house provided the feeling of seclusion while being so close to town. It was such an easy drive to get to all the activities happening in downtown Milledgeville while also allowing us to feel like we could disconnect and recharge. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in and check-out easily. If anyone is looking for the perfect house to visit Milledgeville, this is the one. Next time we come to Milledgeville we will definitely stay here again! 

Darrin's place was perfect for a staycation for my son's birthday. There was plenty to do at the house - we didn't have to go anywhere. The neighborhood was very nice, and the location was great. Will recommend for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Lake Sinclair with friends or family.

We loved this sweet and BEAUTIFUL house in our college town! It felt true to Milledgeville but was also very comfortable (major shout out to Macy for the decor). But truly the best part was that the beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb! And we have stayed at many. Every single guest was so impressed by the beds, so I just had to brag on them. You can walk to down town but it isn’t too close to all the hustle and bustle so we enjoyed the location.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house , and we have also stayed at Morgan’s other locations. We didn’t have many special requests this time. But, last year Morgan was so helpful when we had to find accommodation last minute during a construction project at our Reynolds home. Stellar host! Great property!

Wonderful hosts and beautiful property! It was so nice to be able to take our four legged family with us for the holidays! Everything was so neat and clean you couldn't even tell pets had been there in the past. The gates on the back deck made for extra living space for the dogs. Definitely recommend!

Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive to any questions and needs. They provided an amazing Christmas stay for our family. They were helpful before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely stay in their home again.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

We are so happy we found this location when looking for a place to stay close to Milledgeville and close to part of our family that was renting a big house about 7 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us - close to family, right on the lake. Plenty of quiet space for our daughter to keep up on school work and fabulous wi-fi. We highly recommend Coops Landing for breakfast! Tasty, staff is so friendly and it is close by!
