Great house - perfectly laid out for two couples with children and another couple without kids (grandparents.) House was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very clean. Fun lower level with games and great porches. Kitchen was well stocked - we cooked every meal and had all we needed and nice quality items. Area is beautiful and quiet; great little cove with a paddle boat - perfect for kids to play safely and fire pits were great. Walked to park with bocce ball and pickle ball. Would definitely stay again; in summer it would be even better.

Had a lovely stay at Alan's place! Had a small issue when we first arrived and Alan was very responsive and quick to propose solutions. The area is absolutely sublime, our dogs had fun chasing ducks off the little beach, the sunsets and stars at night were incredible, and the home was incredibly comfortable.

We loved staying at this beautiful home! It was in a great little cove that was perfect for a day of swimming on the dock. The home was stocked full of towels, all the kitchen utensils you would need, tons of space for bigger groups and the beds were super comfy!

The lake view and peaceful setting was fantastic. Loved the fire pit in the evening and the house great. Will be back.

We had an amazing stay. Neal was quick to respond and helped me figure out the propane fire pit. The place was beautiful and even better than pictured. The porch was perfect for peaceful mornings. I highly recommend and will be sure to return if I’m in the area again!

I scheduled this space for my nephew and family. It was clean and everything as described. There were extras - like cookies and treats that were a lovely touch. It was a great location in Warsaw - close to restaurants and shopping.

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay and the communication. This is a perfect location for us because it’s only a couple min from the strip and close enough to the other lake locations it doesn’t take any time to get there. It’s a very clean unit description is exactly as listed ! The view is amazing!! I personally fell in love with the balcony furniture!! If I had to pick out any one item that wasn’t a 5 it would have to be the trash dumpsters, and that isn’t his fault to be honest they are very doable and I understand the location because they keep a very clean parking lot and location but I wanted to show how hard you have to look to come up with something that wasn’t a complete 5 or higher. (Why the dumpster? Because your in the ozarks so all the condominiums in the area have a slope to their driveways. Nothing you can’t walk just a little more strenuous, but you can also drive right up to them . We will be staying again!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was the most relaxing, peaceful experience! We were in such a luxurious space with plenty of room for everyone! All communication was met with kindness and that made all the difference in the world. I am looking forward to staying again real soon!

This place was perfect! Such an awesome price for the amazing location. It was everything that I had hoped for on my birthday weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay at the Ozarks!!

Loved how much pace there was for our family! Loved all the essentials in the bathrooms, loved how stocked the kitchen was. Lots of extra blankets. Loved how they had a wagon, and beach bags and extra stuff for pool was awesome. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Will definitely come back and stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful!!

We stayed here during spring break in March, when it was a bit more quieter and affordable. We always need at least 3 bedrooms for our family and the space was perfect for us. The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed, bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy, we loved the view of the lake, and the girls loved the playground. We were close to a lot of great restaurants and we went to state parks as well. Very happy with our stay!

Beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. First floor access to pool right outside. Very clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

Uma's place is just as described. We had a minor issue at check in but Uma made up for it and everything was easy from there. The area was quiet and peaceful while we were there. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We would love to stay here again.

Md was very helpful when something came up with the villa that was booked and was very proactive in fixing the issue well before our arrival. very quiet area and very clean villa. wonderful host and wonderful stay.

Gregg was an awesome host and the place was great. The strip was close, restaurants were five minutes away and the recommended places to try were on point. We hope this place is available next year when we come back.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children. The property is amazing! We especially loved the sun room that backed up to the golf course. It's also in walking distance to the cafe and restaurant which we found very reasonably priced. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone! 5/5, would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay over the Thanksgiving vacation here. The host was very responsive and kindly. We were unfortunately sick on the last few days and he was very understanding of our family's circumstances -- which was much appreciated!

I wish we had known there were 117 steps one way to get to the swimming dock/boat slip. We took my MIL so she could enjoy the boat, but she was only able to make it once due to the climb. Jennifer was extremely helpful and friendly. she helped me find a local company to rent an extra boat slip from. She was responsive as well. Another thing on the boat ramp is that you have to have a 4-wheel drive, or you'll definitely struggle loading and unloading your boat. If your boat is any bigger than 21ft, you're better off finding a different ramp. This is by no means Jennifer's fault, but helpful information nonetheless. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the swimming dock was a lot of fun.
