Lake of the Woods County : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and John and Deb's place over President's Day Weekend 2025 when overnight lows were -20. The place was warm and cozy especially with the wood burning stove. John was very responsive and went as far as getting on the phone to walk you through the place when we first got there. The place was peaceful, with no TV, so we are able to catch up on reading and play games. We did a hike at Zippel Bay State Park which was close by and did a day trip to the Northern Most Point of the contiguous US.

Loved staying here for an ice fishing trip! Just minutes away from Zipple bay. So peaceful. Can’t wait to come back next year

Just one minor complaint. We enjoyed hanging out in the basement game room except no bathroom down there so the elders had to go up the stair which were a little steep to use the upstairs bathroom. But all said and done it was a great place to stay. Nice house and great area. Thanks.

This is a very nice place and is better than the pictures show. Very clean and well kept. Perfect location for our winter ice fishing trip to Lake of the Woods. Tracy was very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

David’s place was perfect for our group. Lots of options for sleeping, great kitchen set up, two bathrooms, and lots of items stocked throughout the house that you may need. We had a question when checking in and David was very responsive and helpful! We already look forward to staying here on our next trip!

We stayed for a week-end couples fishing trip. Stephan's place worked great for our group. We have stayed at other rentals in previous years, but really like this one best! We hope to be back for next years week-end.

I was so very happy with the home. I was really surprised with all of the thoughtful touches that Erin put into the home such as three options for coffee, extra blankets, nice quality towels etc. It was quiet and cozy and exactly what I was looking for after a long day of fishing, hustle and bustle. It was small but clean and I wasn’t looking for a place to entertain, just a place to unwind and sleep peacefully. The next time I come up I will cross my fingers that the home is available to stay at again.
