The apartment is small but very well laid out, matched the photos and was a pretty quiet and peaceful area. Jeremy was great, responded quickly to all my questions and was proactive and friendly. Got lucky that I was able to extend my stay somewhat last minute. All in all a lovely stay

This was the nicest place we stayed all week! It had everything you'd need, plus a helpful kind host. We only had one night in the area, but the place was so homey and comfy we wish we could've stayed longer!

A great stay, location was perfect, beautiful interior but the stand out was the balcony, truly a beautiful spot to sit and relax

When entering I was greeted by the wonderful ambassador Daisy (The friendly K9). After that, I headed downstairs where I was greeted with a pleasant, clean suite with a cozy atmosphere. A small coffee station, a few small appliances, refrigerator, sink and counter was invaluable. Comfortable beds made it a very relaxing trip indeed. Uncooperative weather made me miss out on the hot tub. Maybe next time?

Sarah’s place was just what we needed! It fit our family of 6 perfectly. We really appreciated how family friendly it was! The toddler toys and books kept our youngest entertained, there was a big projector screen downstairs which the older kids loved, and the backyard was fun for all of them to play in. We forgot to let her know we needed a pack and play and high chair, but she quickly responded and brought them over for us. Sarah also left delicious snacks and amazing coffee for us to brew! 10/10 recommend!!

Seans place was a wonderful place to stay. It had lots of "extras" that made you fell at home. My 85 and 86 year old parents stayed with us and they loved the nightlights and motion lights on the steps. There were lots of outlets in the house. The beds were very comfortable. Sean was very quick with responding. There were lots of appliances in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we are visiting my brother and his family that live in Thief River Falls. Beautiful view of the river. Thank you Sean.

The place was nice and close to everything, walkable to town and around, we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect spot for our group. The location was close to where we needed to be. The house had so much room but felt cozy all at the same time. Having two ovens worked perfectly for Saturday brunch. The beds were comfy, the house was very clean and the towel warmer in the basement bathroom was a fun surprise. I highly recommend staying here!

Tynesa was awesome just from the beginning. Very responsive and helpful. We extended our stay and she made it very easy. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home, and awesome host

My day was great, very spacious like very very spacious. The balcony is huge. It’s in the winter time so I didn’t get a chance to hang out there but it’s one of the biggest apartments I’ve stayed in Winnipeg. Michelle was great a host. Thank you again.
