From the moment we arrived, the experience felt like an adventure. The long, scenic driveway set the tone, leading up to a charming vintage-style house on a vast, lush property surrounded by paddocks and trees. The location is incredibly private—perfect for a peaceful retreat in the Far North. A lovely walking track takes you to the lake, adding to the property’s charm. The house is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a powerful shower, a dishwasher, and a free-to-use washing machine and dryer. There’s also an outdoor BBQ, WiFi, and a TV with Sky, Netflix, Disney+, and more. The kitchen has everything you need, including a great oven and stove. The beds are comfortable, and the home has all the essentials for a relaxing stay. To top it off, the host is fantastic—always available if needed but respectful of privacy.

We have immensely enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of room for the kids to play and of course a beautiful beach very close to the bach. A lovely place to enjoy the outdoors and spend time together. Also a good location to explore the Far North and come back to a tranquil place at the end of the day.

Our stay was fantastic with breathtaking views and spotless accommodations. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a great holiday. We had a lovely stay. Beautiful setting. Loved the updated bathroom although rest of the unit had the Kiwi bach feel. Washing machine was helpful to have in the unit.

we had a family of 8 staying and the house suited us perfectly. Right on the beach with easy access to the boat ramp also the house had fish filleting area which was perfect. Great place to stay - worked perfectly for us. Gary

Wow - what a gem! We had an amazing stay with our one-year old and already want to come back! The place is well equipped, has beautiful views, tons of indoor and outdoor space and there’s lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. The view over the inlet is stunning and the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The cabin(s) - one for sleeping and one for the bathroom were cosy and really clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is secluded and away from any shops (which we loved) so you definitely need a car to get around. It has a good bbq and a microwave but no stove or oven (accurate from the description) so if you're wanting to cook for yourselves, it would pay to bear that in mind. Would definitely recommend!
