Stunning location, right on the beach front with incredible views and the sound of the ocean on your doorstep. The views and location exceeded expectations. The house is nicely renovated and perfectly setup for a relaxing time away. We were extremely happy with the home and wish we could have stayed longer.

What a spot!! absolute beachfront, high up on the hill overlooking the beach. We booked for our wedding night, but hosts were flexible with an early check in so the bridal party could get ready. Don't book if you don't like listening to the roar of the ocean when it's windy, but if you find it soothing like us, then it's perfect! Nice stairs down to the sand, perfect for a walk, and a nice deck area. The undercover area with fire is so nice for that bad weather but wanting a cosy spot to relax. I have zero complaints, place was spotless, nicely laid out and great parking. We are local to the Pukehina area, but if we ever need to book somewhere there again, this will be first on this list! Thank you Merilyn for your amazing communication and flexibility. We really appreciate it and your cosy place.

Colin's place was beautiful and in a peaceful surroundings. It's home away from home. Everything you need are available and Colin's is very generous leaving us some fresh fruits, snack food likes chips and biscuits, a boxes of juice and a big bottle of milk. House are very warm, tidy and plenty of space for a big family to enjoy. Lastly Colin's is very flexible to our check-in time to the property. A big thank you to you Colin and your place with be highly recommend to our friends and family who want to visit Rotorua...

Very spacious house, right on lake edge, beautiful view. Easy to tie boat at jetty. Very Clean. Games etc for the kids much appreciated. Easy to access. Delwyn was helpful and quick to answer any queries. Road noise at night a bit bothersome, but didn't deter from the wonderful weekend we had.

Paul was super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great place to stay 😊

Our family absolutely loved this place, and we will definitely be back! The views are better than the photos and we had tons to do!
