We had a wonderful time at Christa’s place. Her flat was perfect for 2 people clean and comfortable. The weather last week in this part of Florida was absolutely perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed her beautiful garden area. Everything was blooming including Jasmine and gardenias. It was incredible. We used the pool and jacuzzi and it was awesome. Thank you Christa. The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

Dror was such a life saver. We had to change plans a day after we landed and I contacted him. His place was available and he was so prompt to be in touch and let us come over and check in. The pool, the lush greenery in his back yard is amazing and beautiful. The area was a quiet and a peaceful one. Dror had so many updated kitchen appliances-that I loved.. esp for making coffee and making smoothies. He checked in via email to make sure we were doing well. We appreciate having a beautiful place to stay and to relax. The beds were so comfy. The showers are updated fixtures and lots of linen and towels available. Location was fantastic!!! Thank you!!!!! Appreciate his kindness and welcoming us the moment I contacted him. It made it so nive to be a short drive to the airport when leaving at 4am in the morning.

Beautiful place Exactly as described Would definitely stay again

This house is great. Plenty of room for family and friends. Dock right out the door - brought our boat and rented jet skis. Pool with hot tub was a plus. Al is very responsive to any questions. This house has it all. We have rented from Al previously and won't rent from anyone else when we go to this area. The houses are so well stocked - fabulous!!!

Great place. We needed a place for a long stay (5 weeks) and Ann and Lars were great hosts from the onset; very responsive and was easy to get set up (answered all our questions before we booked). The place. Great house, high end furnishings and very clean. All of the basics that you need for a long stay. Loved the master bedroom with the living area that worked great as an office during our stay. The outside area was nice to sit in the afternoon with a glass of wine to get some fresh air. Location. Very safe community, gated, quiet and picturesque. I loved running around the neighborhood in the morning. Close to great restaurants and easy to get to just about anywhere. Amenities. Loved the big washer and dryer. There is a small community pool that we used twice (be careful of flying golf balls). Parking was convenient right in the driveway and can fit two cars. Hosts. Very responsive and helpful in navigating the area and answering questions. Their recommendation for cleaning people was great - used them a couple of times. Overall a great place to stay. My family and I were very comfortable and safe and would highly recommend.

Kathleen's space was in a great location with easy access to the beach. She offered a helpful guide of the area and we especially enjoyed the backyard area with the pool and hot tub.

Noah’s home had recently been totally redone and looked and felt brand new. The kitchen appliances were high end, as were the bathroom fixtures. Three great TV’s, full cable access. Lovely view of second fairway of the Champ Course at PGA National. Like being in a large two-bedroom suite in a luxury hotel, but with a great kitchen.

Liz and Chad have a beautiful guest house with a private back patio and fire pit. We loved going out on the dock behind the owners home and having coffee in the morning while watching the waves, boats and even caught a glimpse of dolphins! Even though the dock is a shared space there is an easy private walkway to it and we felt right at home like it was our own space. We would definitely stay again. It’s a very quiet peaceful location.

First, Erin and Katie are super responsive and helpful. Next, the home is spotless and well equipped. The kitchen literally has anything and everything you need or want! From spices to utensils or dishes and pots and pans, this kitchen is ready for your meal prep. The pool area is outstanding with ample seating and a great pool. There’s an outdoor kitchen and seating area. And, I have to say there’s so many thoughtful amenities from beach chairs to high chairs to beach towels to fluffy bath towels or toys, games and beach reads. Clean, comfortable and family friendly—you will enjoy your stay.

Es un lugar cómodo y muy fácil de encontrar, tenía todo lo necesario para tus cosas., Tiene aire en el cuarto y otro en la sala que se puede encender a conveniencia. Todo estaba muy cerca que se podía ir caminando inclusive la playa . En esta época del año yo buscaba era como descansar y estar en un espacio tranquilo, usted fue el ideal, tiene el cable y muy buena televisión . Liz generosa y tiene con mucho detalle todas las indicaciones para estar en la casa . Tiene restaurantes muy buenos alrededor, además de tiendas muy bonitas para recuerdos, ropa etc. pude llevar a mi perrita Lía estaba muy contenta en ese lugar, tanto que se me escapó dos veces ja ja ja, porque había espacio para correr y curiosear Liz tiene todo para tus perritos si de pronto se te quedan los platos o algunos juguetes Recomiendo conocer este lugar porque es un pedacito de la Florida donde puedes encontrar un ambiente natural y tranquilidad

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

The cottage is charming and had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. The neighborhood is quaint and lots to do within walking distance. What makes this place stand out is your wonderful hosts. They are friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home and a part of their extended family from the first moment until the last.

Great place. Nice backyard and great to have a reserved parking spot behind the house!

Tim and Tierney were fabulous hosts. Kind, thoughtful, and proactive. I felt right at home. Place is in my favorite area of PB- right by the beach. Super clean and private. My favorite spot I’ve stayed din the island.

Such a beautiful get away thank you Tee and Alex. Their home had everything we needed and more. If it is possible, even better than the photos. A private retreat in an immaculate home, delightful pool, all the comforts of a spacious home with beautiful landscaping. Tee and Alex had treats for us upon arrival, like she knew what we would need. Perfect for any family. Thank you for all your efforts, they were greatly appreciated.

Tony & April were great hosts. The house was awesome and plenty of living space to hang out. The pool is great to have. Would definitely stay again!

Love staying at Montura ranch. Second stay at Ernesto properties. Had an amazing time relaxing out of the city with my loved ones. Thank you Ernesto for being such a great host! Everything couldn’t have been more perfect just what I was looking for!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We evacuated here during Milton and it was such a wonderful place. The host, Cezar goes well above and beyond for the guests. Can’t recommend this place enough.
