Good quiet place

I was skeptical about staying in a “host on site” Airbnb but the host was so friendly and welcoming. She offered us accommodations for our little one and was very helpful. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you again! Go Bills! - Nick & Grace

This was such a unique Air BnB and one of the most charming we have ever stayed at! The decor was early 20th century Parisian and offered beautiful spots indoors for cute pictures! I had no idea it was a local famous AirBnB! I booked it based on price and proximity to the Falls! Not even a 1mile directly from the front door to Maid of the Mist. It was so convenient to park on the street for free (observe her guidance for street parking!) There were several tasty restaurants near by all walkable and easy to get on the main road to go to Wegmans or Walmart. And if you’re a runner make sure to bring your running shoes. Trails easily accessible from her front porch! Shelia herself was very sweet! We saw her on the way out due to us arriving late and needing to let ourselves in. Enjoy her collage artworks too which are throughout! Her artistic abilities create the most beautiful Air BnB!

I loved my stay at Jibran’s rental, the wall art is very beautiful in the living room and feels very cozy. I stayed here with my partner and 4 year old daughter, I was a bit nervous but there are actually safety locks at the top of all the balcony doors for added safety which gave me peace of mind so if you’re a parent thinking of staying here with kids and are worried about that, he’s got that covered! The kitchen/washroom are equipped with every thing you’d need and there was extra linens available. My favourite part was the view at night and the master bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts are very kind, respectful and make you feel right at home, would definitely stay again & recommend this place to anyone.

Place was everything that was advertised thank you for the hospitality and will definitely try to book again next time we are in the area !

Ana was an exceptional host. She was very friendly and helpful, made our stay feel very welcomed. She provided great helpful tips which made getting around and planning that much easier. Check in and check out was very easy and she was very flexible and accommodating. Holly the host dog was exceptionally friendly and cuddly which made the stay that much warmer and more welcoming. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for your next stay.

Spectacular stay! The house was absolutely amazing. I loved that it had everything you could possibly need. Super comfortable! We were a group of four, and we all slept very well. During the last three days, we asked the host to rent us the other part of the house, which is attached to the main property, and it was incredibly beautiful. It’s a perfect space for a couple, complete with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Next time I visit, depending on the group size, I will definitely book with Gregory again—whether it’s the entire house or the apartment. The host is very attentive and responds quickly. I highly recommend this place 100%! Grateful for the hospitality—you’ll truly feel at home.

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Mark was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home, explaining where everything was. It is always stressful traveling with very young children, but the home had just about everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I can't recommend this home enough!!

Christina's cottage was a great place to relax and unwind with my friends. Seriously, we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, uncluttered, and perfectly decorated. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay extra enjoyable. Christina has thought of everything that a traveler may need... snacks, games, toiletries, beach towels.. you name it. The back deck gave us a front row seat for the sunset, so nice! She was very responsive to anything we needed. Great house, great host. Thank you.

We had a great one night stay for a family get together. Our place was clean and warm- conducive for a small family or two. The kitchen was useful with practical items to make a small dinner and breakfast. Nice to have a patio and short walk to the boardwalk. Tania was super friendly and responsive; even offered a later check out as the space was available. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Aside from the confusion of the parking garage and finding the elevator for the building as it is shared with 4 condo buildings, we had a lovely stay. Stuart had all of the essentials we needed and his place is cozy and in a great area.

Great condo. Nicely located. The condo is surrounded by an alleyway, making it easier to get keys and garage FOB. The condo is also quiet at night. If you are a coffee drinker there are three types of coffee making devices. Office setup with large monitors were in the alcove ( I think Toronto condo developers call this a +1) . Loved the views from the balcony.
