My brother and I booked this place to check out what Arkansas had to offer and it was in a very convenient location and left us pretty centralized around everything we wanted to do! In addition Linda was super sweet and greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything possible to enjoy our stay! 10/10 would stay here again! Beware tho the neighborhood is HUGE and we both lost service constantly but thankfully the Airbnb had wifi.

Had a great stay, checkin was a bit tricky if using a GPS to the house and not the main gates. Other than that we had a great time!

Our stay at Dennis’ place was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and located in the most peaceful location! Dennis was very accommodating and provided great local tips— we got to do everything we wanted, and found out about much more we want to come back and explore! We can’t wait to return to Hot Springs Village, and are so appreciative for the peace and ease of this vacation all thanks to Dennis :)

Had a great stay here! The hosts were extremely responsive and were very helpful. Had some inclement weather knock the power out during our stay and they gave many extra amenities and help to accommodate. Amazing location to stay with lots to do!

My kids and I had a great time. The included amenities were the best part. The condo is on the older side but nicely decorated and sufficient for our needs. The available amenities were what pushed it over the top for my kids though. They loved the kayaking, and also the recreation center. I wish the kayaks were available a little later in the day as they had to be turned back in by 5 but it was for sure the highlight of our trip. The kids also loved going down to play pool and ping pong. Very nice to have extra activities included without constant additional charges. Emily was very responsive in planning our trip and very accommodating. My kids can't wait to go back next year!

Loved the entrance which was lit up at night and the gate added feeling of security. Very quite inside of the building and getting to all the attractions around hot springs was super easy from this condo.

The communication with Sami was the best we have experienced within all of our years using Airbnb. The pictures match exactly what you will have... no surprises. Sami goes above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and went above / beyond with her special touches. Everything you would possible need is within the condo. No issues and will definitely stay within one of Sami's properties upon our next visit.

Great location! This one was right by turtle cove spa and we did use the pool there on day. Amazing host!! She text me the morning of check in worried because there was a cable outage in the area. She said she was going to buy Roku sticks and what would be best time to install. I told her we were going to the lake and don’t even worry about it. I just thought it was so nice that she immediately wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Best thing is there isn’t a big long list of things to do before checking out!

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the perfect spot! It’s a bit of a drive to town where all the attractions are, but that just gives you more time to enjoy good music and great company. The place itself is beautiful, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We had the best vacation ever staying at the Resort!!! The condo was so cozy and felt right at home!! They were very accommodating! We loved all the treats and extra touches they left for us and welcoming us!! Definitely a great place to stay!!

We went down for a weekend of horse racing and had a ball! The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The unit is sitting right on the lake and the view is perfect! I definitely think this unit is underpriced for what you get and I’m a SuperHost saying that. I will definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Kristin!!!

This was a great getaway for us in a very quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to go and do. The hosts were easy to work with and the house was very cute and clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Although this place is dated a bit and needs some TLC, it was a great value for the price. The only issues we had was empty condom wrappers in the loft and hair in the bathroom. This was not anything that would keep me from staying here again. Overall me and my grandchildren had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much. Thank you Todd.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with new dish-ware, pots, pans, etc. It looks just like pictured, very clean and cozy. Dan was very quick to respond with any questions I had and very polite. We will most definitely be back!

We enjoyed the views from this Lake Catherine house so much. Mostly, we hung out on one of the patios or in the hot tub and enjoyed the views! The glassed in breakfast room with the coffee bar was a special treat, especially as the rain rolled in. The house was clean, well stocked, and spacious. Host was responsive to questions. We enjoyed our quick trip to this cabin!

My family loved this stay! The view out back was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. It felt private and secluded, yet took less than half an hour to get anywhere we wanted to go. A very nice and safe neighborhood. The house inside could use some more stocking in the kitchen and a little bit of updating as it is kind of outdated, but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Only suggestion I have would be to have more outdoor lights in the back at night. We had a relaxing weekend and will definitely be back if given the opportunity!

Overall, my family and I loved our stay here. The first night we were able to play golf and cornhole, and the following night we stayed in and played games (as it was raining and we couldn’t use the amenities outside). It’s definitely a pricier stay, but worth it if you’re planning on using all the amenities.

Exactly what we were looking for. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen was welcoming and had everything we needed plus more. Love the master bathroom, tub/shower. I will recommend this place and choose to stay here again if available. The owner was very responsive and proactive.
