We absolutely loved our stay! It was so accommodating and absolutely perfect for our family spring break trip! Everything was just as described and the setting of the house was absolutely gorgeous and so, so peaceful! If traveling to Hot Springs again in the future, we will definitely re-book here because it really was absolutely perfect for our family!!

Words can’t describe how beautiful and peaceful this home is. We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. The home was clean and welcoming. They had a book with all the info we needed. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the dock, the kids braved the cold water a little and even fished. It’s about a 20-30 min drive into Hot springs if you are doing things there, but the drive is beautiful and we chose a different one every drive so got to see a lot of scenic views. Would definitely come back!

The house was nice and surrounding landscape was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and that it was pet friendly. The host was very friendly and communicative. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay! We met up with another family here and it was a great space for all of us! Of course, kids loved the pool and hot tub!

We had an amazing girls trip and the house was wonderful. Our only down side, the fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds was not working. These 40 something woman love a good fan! Otherwise the house was exactly what we needed.

We had a great stay here! The location is amazing - within 10 minutes of pretty much everything we wanted to do. The house easily accommodated my group of 6 and was just like the photos in the listing. Daron was very helpful with providing check in/out instructions and giving local restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

I was looking for an enjoyable place that “fit” my family - 6 adults, 1 baby. This place was amazing! We had PLENTY of space, inside AND out with areas that accommodated everyone’s needs. The neighborhood is also beautiful, which we enjoyed walking each day. It’s not a far drive from the city of Hot Springs with lots to do there and in surrounding areas. Catherine is DEFINITELY a fantastic host who was so good at communicating with us both before and during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Really had a great couple of days with the family. The kids loved the game room and the house had a great layout. Had all the stuff needed for a stay!

Donna was quick to respond and accommodating, even when changing family circumstances threatened our trip. We enjoyed the quiet area that was not far from everything we wanted to see in Hot Springs. there was room enough for everyone to have a bed, which made our kids happy! And the well-stocked kitchen made cooking for ourselves easy - much better than other Air BnBs we’ve been to.

Awesome home, cozy feel, hot tub was great, the patio heater made us feel very comfortable in the cold temps. And they were full of propane!! This place helped us completely disconnect from everything.

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful lake house. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the screened porch and funishings. We were in town to visit Hot Springs NP so a short drive to the park and downtown area. Chad was a great host and easy to work with for an earlier check in due to traveling with littles! Great place for a couples getaway with friends or a family retreat.

What a cute house! We definitely enjoyed our stay at the house! Everything was exactly the way it’s described. Just a few minutes from everything in Hot Springs! Our only complaint, and it’s not anyone’s fault, but outside around the house smells like cat urine. We did see several cats nearby and in the back yard. BUT it was a perfect lil getaway! Thanks! We will be staying there again!

The house was so beautiful and so spacious - way more spacious than the pictures even made it appear! We had 16 people in our group (including young kids) and everyone so enjoyed being at the house together for a short weekend that we didn’t even venture out to hot springs! The hot tub was a highlight, the game room was a popular spot, so much seating everywhere (even out on the patio around the pool - it wasn’t hot enough to swim but we loved lounging outside in the beautiful 75 degree weather!). Highly recommend this house!

My family had a wonderful time at the Farmhouse. Each day was filled with beautiful sunrises/sunsets, hours of fun on the water, and winding down by the fire. We are planning to come back in a different season so we can float the Caddo 😊.

It was nice and clean. I feel it was over priced for size and amenities.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

We had an amazing time at Jana's place! She provides plenty of supplies (linens, snacks, tp, even dog treats!). The subdivision is peaceful and beautiful with the tall trees and glimpses of the lake. We were 5 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and about 20-25 minutes from Hot Springs. Worth every penny and would definitely book with her again :)

Communication before check-in and during our stay was outstanding. Janet was helpful and friendly. The home is easy to find with ample parking for lots of vehicles. The home's layout is perfect for larger groups and even for a couple who simply wants space which is who we are. The home is not on the water but it does provide access and the home is located within a short drive of Hot Springs events, attractions and restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

This place does not disappoint! Bed is comfortable. Has everything you need. We brought all our on groceries since we didn’t want to have to drive to Hot Springs. We enjoyed cooking and the peaceful surroundings.

We had the best weekend at this listing! We got stuck there on our last day and the host was so kind to allow us to stay at the house while we waited on a locksmith. They were very understanding and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We will definitely use them again when in town.
