The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

Kelly, was a great hoist very responsive when messaged. Place is beautiful it is about 20 to 30 minute drive to nearest grocery store, so need to stop in Hot Springs Village to get anything you need or want plus need to get ice if you use ice. This place is awesome we did not go kayaking due to me injuring my knee before leaving to go there. I recommend this place wife and I enjoyed it. Very peaceful and quiet no neighbors for miles. Hope to go there again.

Loved this place! The dock and kayaks were amazing - so much fun. The kitchen has everything and the appliances are top of the line! The mattresses were like fluffy clouds. Loved how much room our family of 5 had to spread out.

my family, pets, and I loved Jeanna's place. the place is very spacious and it was super clean. location is great, 5 minutes from the restaurants and grocery stories, 15 minute drive to hot springs national park. it was super peaceful, right in front of a lake. the kids loved making smores at the fire pit and playing pacman. looking forward to staying here again during the summer!

It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The fire pit and lake were our favorite place to be. Communication was easy and very pleasant. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and stay a little later. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and my favorite was the bath and hot water. We hope to have a girls trip there again. I would highly recommend the host the location and everything in-between...

Quiet and beautiful home. Never knew the neighbors were around. Peaceful place to stay and enjoy the short drive to many restaurants, shops, and activities.

Donna is a great host who provides everything you need and then some! She is very helpful and gave great recommendations. The Hot tub itself is worth booking this cottage, but when you add everything else... We didn't want to leave! Oh, and did I mention the cute and sassy decor?! 😍

This house with this view is absolutely worth every penny. The home looks even better in person and the direct lake access is amazing!

Christopher was welcoming with clear instructions on how to access the house. He provided a bottle of wine and dog treats for our Buttercup pup. The house is small and cozy and still has two bathrooms. We enjoyed the lovely deck & the screened in porch is nice.

This place was absolutely beautiful and such a cozy home. Kristi was responsive and the communication was great. She even let us check-in a couple hours early since the place was vacant the day before. The only con was the hot tub needed a part ordered and it wasnt going to be installed until after our trip ended. My gf and I were not able to enjoy it the first night. However, it started heating up and it work the rest of our trip! This also was not a damper on our vaction, as we decided to extend our stay for another night because we liked it so much! I brought some poles and we fished off the private dock, enjoyed staying in while it stormed and rested in the hot tub at night. All of her TVs were connected to all the streaming platforms, making movie nights an ease. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the kayaks they provide, as it was too cold to enjoy them.This place was very much worth it and we had an amazing time. Thank you for the great memories we made!

No words can adequately describe how awesome Dewitt is! His cottage is adorable, so so clean, and to top that off Dewitt will bend over backwards to see that you have a great time. It’s a perfect quiet escape and the views are amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back! Feels like home away from home and Dewitt feels like your favorite family member. We had a great stay at Ohana Cottage! The private dock and green space was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were considerate and communicated timely. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Love the open floor plan, the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, super cute picnic table out front, chairs and tables out back with a fire pit. The best part was in the evenings, the sunset was absolutely beautiful!

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

The cabin is very peaceful with amazing views and tasetfull decore. Couldn't ask for a better place to get away from it all and relax.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The whole property was absolutely perfect for a serene outdoor getaway. We were only able to use the kayaks and hammock for one day of our stay due to adverse weather but we would definitely come back! When the threat of severe weather came through, our host was very accommodating and communicative as well!

This cabin was so perfect! The views were amazing right on the river. Our trip unfortunately got cut short due to bad weather. Colleen our host was so helpful and understanding, she refunded two of our nights because of the storms. She was so communicative with us throughout the entire process. We will definitely go back to this same cabin when the weather is better and enjoy downtown Hot Springs. I couldn’t be happier with Colleen, she handled everything perfectly!

This place is incredibly peaceful—perfect for a quiet escape from the city. My wife loved doing yoga on the dock each morning, and the stillness at night was amazing. A great bonus was how close it is to Garvan Woodland Gardens, which was the main reason for our trip. It’s only about 10 minutes away, and we visited during the Tulip Extravaganza—absolutely beautiful! As others mentioned, the road in passes some rundown properties, but we never felt unsafe. The only downside was the bed. The mattress was comfortable, but it sits on a large platform that makes it awkward to get in and out of. It’s not the bed shown in the photos. There's also an RV parked next door. I believe the people who clean the home live there. They were very polite and quiet. The home was well-stocked, and thoughtful touches like laundry and dish soap were much appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

I knew this was going to be a fabulous place. I’ve followed @gardenlaneaframe on IG for a while and have read all the glowing reviews plus I know the hosts to be generous and thoughtful humans. I can say that even knowing all that, our stay exceeded all my expectations! One reviewer mentioned that the home was “well-appointed.” Indeed. There’s not one thing that could have been finer and our crew loved every detail…the decor, the comfortable beds and furniture, the well-stocked cabinets, the fire circle, the location…I just wish we could have stayed longer to read all the books and listen to all the records. More than the home, we loved the hospitality. Angela was so generous and timely in making sure we had all we needed. She even left my wife a birthday gift after my mention that we were staying there to celebrate. All that’s left to say was best said by my friend, “we needed this place this weekend.” We will be back!
