The property was very quiet and peaceful. The house had a strange design but tons of room for my family. I would recommend this house for a multi-generational family or one with adult children due to the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen spaces. Proximity to the water was great. Beautiful views and several spaces to enjoy outside too.

This was a great house for our family of 5 on spring break. We came to mine for diamonds and quartz and visit the national park. Lots of room for just us. I think it could definitely fit a whole other family. Love the location on the lake. It is tucked backed in a small cove so perfect for kayakers. My son had access to small islands nearby. The boat ramp is 10 min away. Super easy to get to. The home is older and has been updated. Furniture has wear from being a rental but nothing too bad. Very cozy. The kitchen is nice and open. Free of clutter. Had everything we needed to cook a few easy meals. All appliances worked perfectly. Also there is a store for groceries literally across end of the street. Super convenient. Only recommendation I would make, cleaning company should clean the back porch in the spring months.

This place was such a wonderful, peaceful place with a relaxing view of the water from the porch or the option of sitting on the deck at the water or waterside on the patio was so nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy to access and the hosts were very responsive. It was only 10-20 mins away from just about anything you’d like to do around Hot Springs. There were 11 ladies that stayed for the weekend. We had plenty of room and the accommodations were perfect! Plenty of room and three bathrooms. I think we had the best view of Lake Hamilton. The bonus was that there was an eagle nesting in tree beside the house. Watching an eagle in flight was really cool! Would recommend this house to anyone without a doubt!!

Would love to stay again. Randy was very helpful and responsive. Beds were super comfy. Very close to everything.

Great place to stay to enjoy the lake and all of what hot springs has to offer. Will feel right at home!

This is our second stay! We enjoyed the fishing, kayaking, and beautiful sunset right out the back door. The backyard that is fenced is perfect for our doggies and they enjoyed the stay as well.

Condo building is located in a quiet safe neighborhood with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs which made carrying luggage in/out a breeze. We would stay here again!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

Scott was so nice and helpful. He even helped us celebrate being married since we were there on our honeymoon. Very convenient location for our activities.

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

We took a short Spring Break trip to Hot Springs with our three pre-teen/teenage kids and the condo was perfect! It was relaxing and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our family.

This place was exactly as pictured! We had the best time for our couples trip, plenty of room. Well equipped with everything needed. Gated little condo complex, which was really nice! The balcony was great for morning coffee and a glass of wine to end your day. Also walking distance to a Mexican restaurant! The views were great, in a really Good location and close to everything! Would definitely stay here again😊

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. It was perfect for our anniversary weekend! We spent a lot of time on the dock and it was so beautiful and peaceful! It was Very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Kitchen had everything you would need as if you were at home! Host was very responsive and friendly! We loved our stay at Jamie’s home. Perfectly situated in a wonderful lake setting. Great place to stay for all the main attractions in the Hot Springs area! Jamie was an incredibly responsive host and her home had all the amenities needed to cook meals and feel right at home. We highly recommend!

Dewitt’s place was exactly as described. My three children loved the access to the water and room to move and play outside. We kayaked and fished all day every day. We brought some of our own fishing equipment, but everything was provided to fish and kayak. Multiple sizes of life jackets were available too. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the living room and dining area. It was just a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We loved it.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Hot Springs. We love horse racing and also enjoy peace and quiet. This was the perfect combination for our trip to the Arkansas Derby. The location was ideal as it was close to the track. After a full day at the race we enjoyed the beautiful deck on the lake for a quiet evening. I would highly recommend this cottage. This Air BnB is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. Donna and Luke were so responsive and helpful, and the house was absolutely perfect. We loved getting to sit on the back porch, sipping our coffee and watching the water! The house was perfectly secluded but also only 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to go to and see, so the location was prime. If you are thinking of staying at an Air BnB in Hot Springs, consider this your sign to book this one!
