Amazing stay. Location ✅ Amenities ✅ Had everything we needed plus more. Dishes and utensils in great shape. Clean. WiFi. A space for everyone and every age in the house. Water pressure was nice and stayed hot. Would stay here again. Luke was easy to reach and communicative.

We really enjoyed the stay and loved the house. The dock right by the lake is great to sit on in the evenings, watch the sunset as you are fishing. The kids and I enjoyed sitting out on the dock having dinner. Ducks and geese are swimming by the place often. Liz was great at communicating and accommodating us when we needed it. We really loved it and would definitely come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Although we had a slight hiccup upon arrival, our host quickly remedied the situation, and got us back on track. Communication was clear and sufficient. The home was spacious and accommodating for our group. The Coffee Bar was well stocked, and the basket of snacks was appreciated. Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and every bedroom had blinds/curtains to help block light for afternoon naps. Our kids liked roasting s'mores in the backyard fire pit, trying to catch fish from the boat dock, and kayaking on the lake with the provided kayaks. (Tip: kayaks are located in the backyard shed and the code to get inside the shed is inside the binder!) Now, unfortunately, we didn't catch a single fish while we were there, but maybe you'll have better luck than we did. (Additional tip: bring small child/toddler size life jackets if you need them. While there are plenty of adult life jackets, they weren't any for our small ones; we brought ours from home.)

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my wife and our two kids. Our two-year-old son love the room with the boat bed. And the giant connect for love the backyard so we could run around and we also use the back dog to take our son fishing for the first time. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay really enjoyed our time and will be back we recommend, especially if you have kids.

Our group of eight we're right at home at Sara's place. situated on beautiful Lake Hamilton, with the deck overlooking the cove is just very relaxing. We had everything we needed and Sara and David were very responsive and informative. We appreciate them hosting us and hope to return sometime in the future.

The place was very clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The location is about 20mins from downtown Hot Springs but was the perfect place to unwind and relax after being out and about all day. We enjoyed fishing right in the backyard, a canoe ride on the peaceful river, just relaxing on the back patio and soaking in the jacuzzi tube in the master bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone with or without kids looking to check out Hot Springs!

The property was very quiet and peaceful. The house had a strange design but tons of room for my family. I would recommend this house for a multi-generational family or one with adult children due to the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen spaces. Proximity to the water was great. Beautiful views and several spaces to enjoy outside too.

Lovely home. Wonderful furnishing. Great for a family & our dogs had a perfect fenced yard space. Colleen was very help & responsive with communication. Would stay here again.

Loved this place! The dock and kayaks were amazing - so much fun. The kitchen has everything and the appliances are top of the line! The mattresses were like fluffy clouds. Loved how much room our family of 5 had to spread out.

This house was perfect for a visit to Hot Springs National Park - just about 25 minutes away. We absolutely loved the gated community - very scenic with numerous golf courses, hiking trails, and good restaurants. The view of the lake with a hot tub and the very comfy bed put our stay over the top. Thanks for a wonderful first Arkansas experience!

Host had immediate responses before and during the trip. He was upfront with any issues we might have (a door that got hung up from time to time.) Our experience gets a five star rating.

We loved our girl’s trip to Hot Springs and our stay at Thomas’ house. We enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home and really enjoyed listening and watching the variety of birds in the back yard. The turntable was a wonderful addition, and we had a fun time reminiscing over the albums and music we listened to during the evening. The bathrobes were a nice and thoughtful touch. Great location to many things and it was nice to come back in the evening to a calm and welcoming home. The beds were also comfortable. Thomas was very quick to respond to our questions and very helpful with the information provided. Highly recommended and we would stay there again!

What a great place to stay right on the water! Our family enjoyed the water activities, hot tub and ping pong table. We had nice weather to fish and kayak. There was something for everyone in our crew! Richard was very responsive to any questions. Fun trip!

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We traveled from Texas to visit family in North Little Rock and the place was centrally located which allowed our commute back and forth to be easy. The location was convenient as it was close to downtown Hot Springs and close to places to eat and close to Walmart. We will consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and stay a little later. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and my favorite was the bath and hot water.
