Brenell was so helpful and so responsive - small issue with the kitchen sink but she was at our beck-and-call. The beach area and docks were really pretty, the hot tub was HOT and the basics (laundry soap, paper towels, spices, coffee, plastic wrap….) in the fully stocked kitchen made our grocery run absolutely minimal. Perfect girl’s retreat❤️

This guest house on Lake Norman is beautiful! My husband and I have stayed here multiple times, and will continue coming back. It is so peaceful to drink a cup of coffee or read a good book while sitting right by the lake! The house is always clean, and we love being able to walk down and sit on the dock. We brought our mountain bikes this time and rode some nice trails at Lake Norman State Park. Tom is a great host, and is always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this place!

This was a perfect house to accommodate our large family get-together! There was plenty of room, and we loved the large screen for movies and football over Thanksgiving weekend! We also enjoyed the fire pit(s) and would have enjoyed even more amenities, like the boat, if it were summer. Darcy was so nice and welcoming and willing to respond immediately. But we did not need a thing, and our stay was just as we imagined. Our family had a great stay!! I want to come back in the summer!

The lake house was lovely and was very spacious and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the surrounding area and felt right at home. We all loved the hot tub, pool/ping pong table and extra games-fun for a family stay!!! Many thanks for a great stay and helpful communication by the host-would love to stay again!!!

We had a great time and it is a great place. We had a small issue with the outside lights and they immediatley fixed them the next day. Also allowed for us to have a later checkout. Very friendly responsive hosts. Excellent view to the lake.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

The house was beautiful, the yard and dock area were very nice! Fenced in so our dog loved it. Quiet and peaceful area with beautiful views of the lake! Aaron was a friendly and helpful host!

BEAUTIFUL lake views from this home. Perfect for a group of 8. Hot tub with water view was very nice. The home was clean, well furnished, and had good natural lighting. Would definitely stay here again.
