The unit is as described. We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the Varsity theater and could walk from this unit. you can walk to some restaurants and a small corner store/market. Perfect for what we needed. It is an apartment in a college area, so you can expect some noise. Kerilyn was responsive and a great host.

Very flexible and great communication. Highly suggest for students who are rotating at the VA hospital.

We enjoyed a “Girl’s Trip” in Lanesboro. 4 adults stayed 4 nights in Parkway Place B. It is the perfect location for walking to all activities. The unit was very clean, had full kitchen with all dishes/cooking utensils needed, had laundry (we didn’t use, but looked like full sized washer & dryer), very comfortable beds & pillows- each of us had our own bed. Comfortable seating areas. Having 2 good sized bathrooms was also nice. Patty responded to messages within minutes. She gave great instructions. We usually parked on the street in front or side of the building. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if in the area!

This is the 3rd year we've stayed at Daniel's AIRBNB for our annual New Year's Eve trip to see our friends. This space is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, close to Whole Foods, easy access to all the freeways, 94, 35 and Ayd Mill Road. The kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled and state of the art, the kitchen is fully stocked with a nice big refrigerator. We really love staying here, in a nice St. Paul neighborhood, as opposed to the commercial hotel strip. We'll be back again hopefully next year!

We recently completed a 3 month stay at this Airbnb, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean and decorated in a lovely, modern style. It felt fresh and new, which made a big difference for such a long stay. One of the biggest perks was the location. It was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to almost everything we needed. Most importantly for us, it was super close to the Mayo Clinic, which we had to visit frequently for appointments. The river was just a block away, which provided a lovely spot to walk and fresh air. Kris and Doug were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever a minor issue arose, the host came right away to fix it. It was clear they cared about our comfort throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was well-equipped with all the gadgets and appliances we needed for an extended stay. We were able to cook meals easily and felt comfortable settling in for the long term. Highly recommended.

Great place right at the edge of downtown Eau Claire and close to the UWEC campus. Awesome host, to boot - Would definitely recommend to family and friends visiting!

I loved this place! We will be back. It was bigger than I expected and we just had so much room, privacy, and wilderness. Great access to the lake. Love sleeping with the sound of waves. This is comfortable for just the two of us, would be great if we had brought the whole family. It would be fun during warmer weather to spend more time on the lake. Far enough from town to feel like we are secluded and in nature, but close enough that we can return to town if we need to. We didn't use the laundry room, but it was nice to know it was there. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean (nice to have two full baths) and the living areas were very comfortable.

Michael and Tami were excellent hosts. They were prompt and ready to help with our various requests, offering a friendly welcome while also respecting our space and our need for a late arrival and very early check-out. We appreciated the welcome and enjoyed the comfortable house and neighborhood very much. We highly recommend the property and Tami and Michael as hosts!

Just home from a great week at Jillian's place. It was a great home base for connecting with family and taking in the sights: easy access to UW campus and downtown, and also an easy connection to the highway. The home is beautiful and set up with everything I needed!

Dottie was great, she was very tentative and made sure we were able to get to the place. The place was beautiful and my family and I enjoyed the stay!

We had a great stay at Teri’s place! The space was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very charming. It was well kept and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot!

The house was super clean and very well put together. She communicated very well with us and would 100% stay at this lovely home again.

I chose Mai's place for a girl's weekend and every day of our stay all of the guests would comment on how beautiful and spacious the home was. The beds were comfortable, both TVs were great for movie watching, and the massage chair was definitely a favorite. It was also nice to have access to Downtown MSP without having to stay down there. It's really a wonderful space for a large group, and would be a place I would stay at again! We really had a great time and the hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful!

We stayed here a second time as it was a great overall experience. Wendy communicated well and was accomodating to our request. It was clean and well furnished. They have a new lazy chair and installed new carpeting.

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

The place was exactly as described. Don and Sue were great with communication and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is a place we would come back for future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

Phenomenal choice for extended medical stay in Rochester. The condo is walkable to Mayo's main campus (weather permitting) and is very close to extensive and beautiful Rochester trail system. Despite multiple units in the building, the condo was very quiet- I never once heard people in other units. The kitchen is very well stocked and washer/drier in unit was very convenient. I will absolutely select this property again if available for future Rochester stays.

Second time staying here and we love it for a girls trip! Located right downtown. Stay was great lots of bedding. Only downside was the upstairs patio was under construction and that was never mentioned prior to checkin. Was a bummer because we were all excited to sit out there the first night as it was a beautiful Minnesota spring day. Otherwise stay was great!!!

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

Jerome and Maria were excellent Hosts. Excellent location very quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. The house is beautiful and very clean and comfortable beds. Will definitely be looking for to staying there again.
