Lake Pillsbury : locations de vacances

Stayed a few nites with family to practice fish before our tournament on the lake. Very cozy, comfy, and quiet. We had a great time, recommend this property 100%

This home was a beautiful getaway! It had every amenity you could need and you could tell the host takes great pride in this house. The host was very proactive and responsive. He provided very clear instructions beforehand, which made our stay seamless. The home was big enough that all seven of us had more than enough room to have our own space and comfortably spread out when we wanted. It was located in a great spot so you could easily get to Hopland or Ukiah within a short 15 minute drive. It is a little secluded, but that's part of the charm of the location! My only tip when visiting is it may be helpful to bring a collapsible cart or wagon as the driveway isn't right next to the house and it could save you some trips when unloading or loading your luggage. We would definitely return if we're in this area again and I'd recommend to anyone looking near this location!

Its a great location, very close to the lake and restaurants. Four of us found it had plenty of room, although its definitely cozy. Barbara was very responsive, we had a problem with the modem/router on the second day and by the time we got back from an outing, the IT supplier had already been out to check and Barbara had bought a new modem/router as a backup.

Overall, the stay was very satisfactory and suited our needs. Space heaters are in the closet as there is not central heat. We had planned some family coming just for the day to visit. That went over the guest capacity, so we had to cancel plans to allow family members to visit. It was strictly family members, but there was no flexibility regarding that request, which we did not think would be a problem as they were coming for just a few hours for the day. There was no loud partying planned. Just parents, grandparents, and a siblings gathering before and after a wedding., which we made clear with the host. We understand the concerns of loud partying or hosting a major event. I know many people will host friends or family over at a vacation rental for dinner or such, so just FYI that hostess is insistent about the guest count.

The view from the time you step out of the car is lovely. The bed was extremely comfy. My parents loved how quiet it was. Janelle was very responsive, lovely to deal with. We plan to come back.

Extremely clean house! The linens on the bed were pristine-clean, the bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen in an airbnb. The beds /pillows were comfortable. There were all necessary kitchen items and appliances to cook and clean. The house is right on the water. My kids caught 2 giant channel catfish (15 lbs each) and at least 10 brown bullhead catfish right off the dock using shad or hotdogs soaked in catfish nectar (sold at the local Walmart). They loved the rod holders on the deck and the giant net provided by the home. Fishing was awesome! We loved the proximity to clear lake using the kayaks. There is a book in the foyer that is helpful for local restaurants. The ping pong and games were fun. The arcade games were awesome too! Overall it was a fun and relaxing stay. We caught more off the deck than spending a whole day renting a boat in clear lake. The binoculars were available if someone needed, but the water fowl came right to the deck and were fun to watch! 10/10 rating!

If you’re looking for something in this area, I would definitely visit this property. Everything you could want and need is here and it’s just a short distance away from the highway. This is our third stay and we will be back again. The host is great and the property is perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better lake house to spend our holiday weekend. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The house is not only beautifully furnished and decorated but Lisa has thought of every detail to ensure that guests are covered in any scenario. From life jackets and beach towels to make-up remover rounds and first aid kits. We truly did not need to worry about anything, which really allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our vacation and relax outside by the water. Having the dock/water right in our backyard was so amazing and our kids could not get enough. Trust me, you will never hear “I’m bored”. We simply enjoyed sitting back on the patio while watching them have fun. We highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing down time all while watching your kids have the best time. I can’t forget to mention all of the thorough and helpful communication and information before and during our trip. This was an extra special touch to an already great stay!

Loved our stay. The home is beautiful and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Awesome view of the lake and sunrises we’re amazing. Easy drive into town and close to grocery store and restaurants. We will be back!
