Marigny's place was super easy to find and easy to get into. We were right along the parade route and easy to get to local bars and restaurants in the French Quarter. If you're looking for a place that's basically like a hotel but good for groups that need two bedrooms, this is your place!

This is a ultra modern two bedroom apartment with full bathrooms for each bedroom. Gorgeous kitchen with huge island and even a dining table with chairs. Two 8ft long sofas and a big wall TV screen in the living room/open floor plan with kitchen. Quiet building and safe garage parking with gate code. Two balconies with excellent views of the bridge lit up at night for Mardi Gras and Uptown all lit up. You can see the river and watch the barges come and go. AMAZING. Neighborhood was quiet because most folks stay elsewhere for parades but we walked a few miles to get to parades and also got ubers very easily and quickly. Food places like Frady's and Elizabeth's are a few blocks away, amazing artwork, and music places at night to hang out. LOVED it and will return soon!

Joseph is a wonderful host . He was very responsive and provided assistance. The rooms were very well maintained and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the heater / A/C worked very well. Overall this is a great place to stay.

It's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting New Orleans, offering both convenience and comfort in the heart of the city's vibrant atmosphere.

I think we came during busy N.O times and that affected the price of our stay but overall we enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time out of the house but it was relaxing once inside. The neighborhood rooster was an unexpected wake up call but we laughed about it and it didn’t bother us too much. The beds were comfy, a little squeaky, but that’s easily fixed. The kitchen was nice and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The bathroom water pressure was great for me! Book here if you like New Orleans charm, being in the mix of local restaurants and neighborhoods, a traditional shotgun house and a perfect relaxing vibe.

Absolutely stunning and felt brand new. I felt as if I was the first one to ever stay there. This is a can’t miss if you want to have fun in Nola. Walkable location to the French quarter. Maybe the nicest airb&b I’ve stayed at.

We had a wonderful time at Kenneth's condo. We felt very secure since the complex is gated. Everything was very comfortable and the condo was one of best stocked with everything you need. I really appreciated there was coffee since I had forgotten to bring some. We especially loved the large pool!

Cristopher’s place is the perfect spot to stay and worth every penny. I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and it perfectly matched the listing photos. There are lots of cute restaurants that are walkable in the bywater area and a short distance to the French quarter. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice condo, great location in the city. You can basically walk everywhere! Brad was super nice and accomodating, he gave us great tips before we arrived.

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

Great place to stay with your family! Trevor's home is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Instructions to access/check out were easy to understand. Trevor was very responsiveb to messages! Our family will definitely stay here in the future.

We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

Wow. To put into words this week long trip in New Orleans and Genevieve’s hospitality, would be insurmountable! From my arrival to my oresence and her absolute assistance in everything I needed. Genevieve helped with transportation, direction, and was very supportive. I enjoyed her presence, her knowledge, wisdoms, and wholesome spirit. I look forward to returning and I’m glad to have connected with such a genuine spirit.

If you’re visiting NOLA, stay at Kaitlin’s place! It was so roomy with 2 living rooms, two dining tables, two cozy beds, great kitchen appliances and such helpful suggestions. It got slightly chilly but with communication with Kaitlin and her quick response, she was able to increase the temperature. The location is in a safe neighborhood, across from an elementary school which was fun for my children to see. It is also near Esplanade Ave which takes you right into the French Quarter and up to City Park. I highly recommend this place!

we loved staying in Craig and Mark's home. The beds were very comfy, the couch was VERY comfy, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend!
