Cheryl's place was fantastic just what we needed and the late check out meant we could enjoy a walk up the Mount and Breakfast at a Cafe before heading home, thank you.

Great location, parking, pool, gym and close to the beach and cafes. Very good apartment. Set up great, tidy and well presented. Even had a coffee machine. Great communication from Elizabeth

This sixth floor condo unit was impeccably clean, well appointed, with a wonderful view of the ocean and the mountain. The patio was perfect and there were many adorable coffee shops below. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of street noise and views of a camping park; just be aware that it is right in the heart of the action at Mt Manganui. It’s a very different feel than a more secluded beach “bach”.

Our stay was just as advertised—what you see is what you get. The place was lovely, clean, and peaceful, making the check-in process a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Mentos waiting for us upon arrival. There were also plenty of indoor activities for the kids, like board games, Legos, and toys, which kept them thoroughly entertained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Carl, who went above and beyond by bringing chocolates and snacks for the children. All in all, it was a wonderful stay! I only wished we could have stayed another night.

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment, really comfy furniture. Great balcony for relaxing/reading and listening to the ocean. Great location, can walk right out the door across the street to Mt manganui and the beach. lots of restaurants, shops and playgrounds in walking distance. Only thing that would have been helpful is rubbish bins in the bathrooms but thats such a small thing. We (family of 4) had a lovely time here

Fantastic location and the apartment had everything we needed. the spa and heated pool were definitely a hit with the family.

Geoff & Bee's place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The location is practically at the foot of the mount and the building has access on two sides allowing us to go one direction for our hike around or up the mount and the other direction to go directly across to the beach. Also it is about a 5 minute walk into town with lots of great restaurants and shops to visit. Geoff & Bee's Airbnb was exactly how it was described, very neat and clean with everything we needed to stay for several weeks. The unit also has a washer and dryer which was a big plus since we exercised and went to the beach pretty much every day. Also the bed was super comfy which made for a goodnight sleep each night. The building is well run and was very quiet. We got to meet Geoff & Bee for coffee and they are an absolutely lovely couple and terrific hosts! We were at the Mount for a family holiday. We were all staying in seperate accommodation and coming from different destinations. My BNB was perfect in every way . Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, safe and friendly staff throughout the complex. Jenny was wonderful in all her communication and I was able to have an early checkin, which took the stress out of arriving. Thoroughly recommend this BNB .

Lovely home. Very spacious with a variety of sleeping options which was perfect for our group of 2 families with teenagers and our elderly father. There was plenty to do at the property, and it was central to a number of day activities including beaches, coastal and bush walks, Hobbiton, Rotorua. The host responded to any queries promptly. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Loved our stay. Wish it could’ve been longer. Chris was a great host and Charlie the house cat made us feel right at home.

definitely a 5 star bnb we thoroughly enjoyed our stay homely clean warm comfy beds and the spa was just the icing on the cake. We had a family of 12 and it catered to us all very well with the outdoor table as a extra dining area. Thankyou Karl and Vanessa 🫶🏻

Amber's house was lovely and great for our kids with toys, tramp, basketball hoop to keep them amused. 10 minute walk to the beach too 😊 Amber accommodated us at last minute and was great to deal with!

Dee & Rick's house was the perfect fit for our family of 4 ad + 1 ch. Spacious, clean, bright, private, great location and fully equipped with everything we needed. Dee was the ultimate host, on hand to help when we needed, withouth being intrusive. The extra touches really made us feel like we were staying with family, especially arriving late at night to the lights on and thoughtful welcome gifts. Our son was more than entertained with the games, trampoline and riding his scooter in driveway, giving us time to relax and connect. The area itself has much to offer and Dee provides a comprehensive guide of things to do and see. We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay in Papamoa.. So nice to bring family altogether under one roof to holiday and enjoy quality time in a relaxed environment. Amazing host, so informative and helpful at every step of the way.. a beautiful l home with plenty of space to chillax and a great safe outdoor area for little ones. The property is very well equipped and can easily access all surrounding areas, beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants etc by walkways or car. A most enjoyable holiday, thank you so much :)
