Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Great place with lovely hosts. Jenny was super friendly with good recommendations for things to do around the area. Located in a good, quiet place that was only a few minutes drive from all the fun touristy things to do. The accommodation itself was very clean, cozy yet spacious with all the listed amenities. Would definitely recommend:)

Nice quiet house and good location close to Skyline, the lake and a park. Plenty of space for our family of 6.

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

great place to stay and great hosts! perfect sized space for our family of 4. we loved having the BBQ and felt like the kitchen was well stocked. the house was a perfect base camp for our excursions. would def stay here again.

Had an incredible 4 day weekend here, pool and spa were clean and were definitely the highlight of the stay. A private area, with plenty of beds, a cute cat and lots of activities such as ping pong, pool, darts, TV, bbq and more. The boys and I really enjoyed our stay and extend our many thanks to it's host.

We stayed at Wades place over the xmas and new year period. The bach had enough space for us to host a Christmas day for our large family, not to mention the beach directly across the road where swimming was patrolled daily. The view of the beach and surrounding islands, sunsets and sunrises from the upstairs level is absolutely amazing. The house is clean and tidy and is well equipped with everything you would need. Wade is amazing to deal with and very accommodating to special requests. If you want a good kiwi holiday by the beach, this is the place to do it!! I will definitely stay here again.

Great convenient place to stay. Our son was getting married at The Hobbiton set and this house is less than 5 mins away. Well stocked facilities with plenty of room Briony provided breakfast eats, was extremely friendly and excellent timely communication. Also enjoyed engagement with the cats, their dog and the chooks. Beautiful peaceful surroundings.

Absolutely perfect place for us to rest after a full on week. Beautifully decorated and so much space. Beds were comfortable with quality linen. Kitchen was well stocked and towels in plenty for spa/beach made available. Bonus having a washing machine available to wash clothes during stay. Sun soaked location capturing all day sunshine. If we had children with us it would have been an absolute joy for them also as scooters, boogie boards were available to use. Such a perfect spot for couples, families or individuals seeking a spot that feels like home but on holiday. We will definitely return if available as I can see why it’s an accomodation that is in hot demand. Thank you Toni & Todd for your incredible hospitality.
