While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

We had the most wonderful stay in such a clean and beautiful home. Perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a family of 6 to have a comfortable stay. A bedroom full of toys kept our little kids very entertained. Instructions were very clear and the hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The property was very close to everything we needed: walmart, restaurants, shopping. Felt like a safe and peaceful area. We would love to stay here again when visiting family.

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Toronto, the location was awesome and the neighbourhood was quiet and lovely. Then home is exactly as described, with really super bedding (which is one thing that is very important to me). Amazing household supplies available at our arrival and for our stay. The owner was extremely helpful with all of our questions and super friendly and responsive. The back yard is amazing!! The pool was closed for our stay as it was November; but we enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the fresh air…. As the outdoor sitting area is amazing!! Very resort vibe!! Our favourite space was the kitchen area…. Very well designed with everything you could need. Also great lighting inside the home with dimmers - which is also a special addition that I appreciate. It was a very enjoyable stay and a nice break from downtown Toronto …. But still close to lots of shopping and the motorways. And close to public transport if needed. I would def recommend to anyone…….

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property looked exactly like the photos and included all the amenities as promised. The game room provided endless entertainment throughout the day and evening, while the hot tub, surrounded by charming string lights, created the perfect cozy atmosphere. The backyard was spacious, with stunning views that added to the experience. I’d love to return in the summer to take full advantage of the pool!

We had a great stay at Ambrose and Gerald's place. We arrived on a snowy day and it is very kind of Gerald to shovel the drive way for us to park. Hosts are very friendly, kind and accommodating. Everything is sparkling clean and as described in the listing. We missed the swimming pool and backyard because of winter and everything was covered by snow. But we'd love to come back next time in summer.

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 daughters. We loved that there were restaurants and a cafe within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. Tim was responsive, provided clear instructions. The unit was clean and nice. We also liked the pool and the sauna located at the recreational building in the complex. Overall, good experience.

Shahed's place at Friday Harbour is beautiful and well appointed. He gave very clear instructions for entry and parking, including photos. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed, even extra charging cables for devices! The space was comfortable and uncluttered. Shahed was great at communicating and always responded quickly to any questions. Friday Harbour has activities and restaurants available on weekends in the winter and is a fun engaging place by the harbour in the spring, summer and early fall. We were there in the early part of the week in February so the harbourfront was quiet but still nice for a stroll. We spent time in both Barrie (20 minutes away) and Orillia (about 50 minutes away).

I had an excellent stay, I had to stay an extra night and she accommodated my request very quickly. I will 100% stay here again. The amenities are amazing and the location is the best for midtown! Thank you so much!!

Apartment was even beyond our expectations. It was the most amazing place we have ever rented on New Year holidays. There were 6 people and the place was big and comfortable enough for everybody. Moreover, the apartment was extremely clean and had everything in it to live for short or long terms without any issues. The apartment is located in Friday Harbour which is the perfect place to live in. There are lots of shops, restaurants, a beautiful marina, pool , beach club nearby. We also went for skiing to Horseshoe resort, which took us approx 30 minutes to get there. Shai is a wonderful host, he was in touch during the entire period of our stay in his apartment. He left us a bottle of wine and chocolates as a present, it was so cute. Thank you so much for your attention and care. We will definitely rent your apartment again.

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!

We were absolutely blown away with our stay. Jack was a terrific host and alwYs responded promptly. The hospitality was amazing. Everything was so clean and had a terrific clean smell. The only downfall was the hot tub was under maintenance during our stay which was a big part of our booking. All in all woukd highly recommend.

Great communication with the owner. Lovely place with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Area was great for us with restaurants & comedy club we went to. Only a short walk to get to the subway so getting downtown was so easy. Appreciated the use of the parking spot for our car. Will definitely use this space for our next Toronto mini-vacation
