Lake Sevan : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Anush. Il est calme, spacieux, propre et offre une très belle vue sur le jardin et la ville. Anush a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. À noter que le logement est situé à 15 minutes du centre avec une montée, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

Очень хорошая, чистая, теплая и светлая квартира. Рекомендую. Есть все вещи первой необходимости. Удобное заселение. Квартира расположена не в самом центре города, но до каскада фонтанов минут 15 пешком, а в любую другую точку центра Еревана можно добраться на такси по очень комфортным ценам. Спасибо большое, что предоставили ваш дом для первого знакомства с Ереваном.

Огромное спасибо за эту квартиру! Квартира полностью стоит своих денег, и я могу смело порекомендовать её другим. Мы снимали её на 10 дней вместе с девушкой. Для двоих это отличный вариант. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Всё сделано на высоком уровне. Хозяйка Арпи — замечательный человек: отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь. Нам пришлось остаться ещё на одну ночь из-за переноса рейса, но для Арпи это не стало проблемой. Огромное спасибо!

The location is amazing! The best place to stay. A huge, bright space with three balconies and a wonderful view. Very clean, and the host was responsive and helpful — any issues were resolved right away. Minor downsides: the bathtub is a bit worn and the shower water sprays a bit unevenly. Other than that — it was just perfect. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

Great modern apartment, with huge rooftop terrace and all the amenities one could need in superb location close to restaurants and republic square. Alice and Raffi were super responsive and helpful. Anytime again

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.
