I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Прекрасная комфортабельная, просторная и красивая квартира. Очень чисто и аккуратно. Большая спальня с удобной кроватью, дополнительное белье и полотенца. Есть горячая вода и отопление, хорошо работающий интернет. Окна выходят на две стороны, на красивый парк, и во двор. Вся инфраструктура и большие магазины рядом, в пешей доступности на проспекте. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, встретили рано утром из аэропорта и помогли освоиться на месте. Отличное место, очень понравилось.

The place in nice and clean. The location is very good it's in the absolute center of the city. The tub is also very nice after a nice day walking around the city 😀 I would definitely recommend

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

The flat is lovely furnished in an artistic way and it's well-equipped, it has all amenities needed for cooking. The flat is at the 8th floor (with elevator) and has a huge window with an amazing view on the city. The temperature is great, very warm during the winter

Останавливались в этой квартире на короткий срок — остались только самые приятные впечатления. Очень чисто, уютно и современно. Ремонт просто шикарный: стильный интерьер, новая мебель, всё продумано до мелочей. Кухня полностью оборудована, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяева вежливые и отзывчивые, всегда на связи. Будем рады вернуться снова и смело рекомендуем другим!

Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

Дружелюбные хозяева, готовы были во всём помочь! Из плюсов, незаметных на фото - высокие потолки и достаточно много пространства в доме. На первом этаже живут хозяева. Веранда с мангалом общая с соседями, вид действительно красивый, особенно нам повезло в новогоднюю ночь, во время фейерверков. Рекомендуем жильё для недолгого пребывания в Ереване - в пешей доступности музей-завод «Арарат», близко от центра, легко добраться до любых достопримечательностей! Если вам необходимо парковочное место, то заранее уточните у хозяев, где можно оставлять машину - они подскажут.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Хозяйка очень приветлива и отзывчива. Удивила своим желанием пойти навстречу клиентам. Не стесняйтесь задавать вопросы. У нее имеется абсолютно все необходимое и сервис - только спрашивайте - все найдется. И барбекю и стиралка и сушилка... Осовной плюс жилья - это милый дворик и тишина, которой так не хватает в центре Еревана . Ходили пешком до самого центра и обратно, не скажу что это сделать легко, но вполне возможно.

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
